• Very clean, good shampoo and conditioner in shower, good water pressure comfortable bed.
• 2nd time stayed there, door didn't fit right and light came in from the hallway.

• Location convenient to airport.
• Its age is showing; needs remolding. Indifferent staff.

“I used to stay there frequently about eight years ago. It's gone downhill since then. The building itself is old and worn, and needs a major makeover. I was told that the complementary evening cocktails and hors d'oeuvres have been discontinued. The free breakfast was awful. Everything was overcooked and left on the buffet table forever. Overall, I won't be back.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful. We struggled with our key and someone quickly was there to help us.
• Not a place to go for a walk away from the motel. Just desert, other motels and undesirable businesses.

“Very friendly staff. We received 2 complimentary drinks, each, the first evening and breakfast the next morning. You could pour your own waffle batter on a griddle. Some of the other food wasn't very warm. The staff was friendly but I felt like they were short handed. All in all pretty good for being free.”

• High comfortable beds.
• Bathroom fan did not work and key card difficult to use.

• Good front desk staff.
• Always 'out of' stuff. Took forever to re-order supplies. House keeping always seemed confused.

“The hotel staff at the front desk is very professional and accommodating, but don't expect too much out of the wait staff at nearby Morgan¿s cafe. The cafe is always 'out of' various items on their menu. They then tell you that ".it's on order", only to come back a week later and find out that 'they' haven't re-ordered 'it' yet. Whomever 'they' are, it sure would be appreciated if 'they' got off their fat behinds and acted as if 'they' ran a real business! House keeping needs to be reminded constantly about cleaning your room, especially if you are there for an extended stay. The front desk staffs are very good, however, at keeping up with customer requests. They seem to always find a way to help you, no matter what. I just wish some of that level of professionalism would rub off to the wait staff at Morgan¿s and house keeping.”

• That it was clean, people were friendly beds were comfortable.
• Nothing.

“I think that it was great that u guys had a after hours snack table, because my kids were with us and of course they were hungry for a snack around 10:00 and it was wonderful that there was snacks for us and on the house just for being guest, as a mother with young kids I just thought that was good, my husband also liked that there was a safe for us to use made us feel good about leaving our stuff there. it was a overall great stay.”

• Clean, well-kept and close to the airport.

“The Clarion was neat and clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel was conveniently located right next to the airport with a free 24-hour shuttle. Everything I needed was in the room: hairdryer, iron, coffee, shampoo and shower products, etc. This is a great place to stay for a quick business trip to Tucson.”
