“Would recommend to golf travelers for northern Tucson. Need a car. No stores or restaurants within walking distance.”

“I found this hotel to be in a beautiful setting but the room itself was just like any other lower star room. Nothing special to distinguish itself from others that I have stayed in. I could hear everything said in the room next to me and the shower faucet made an annoying whining sound as I took a shower.”

“This hotel was beautiful, peaceful, and restful. The surrounding grounds were absolutely beautiful. The pool was clean, and was set up for not only lounging, but also fun like volleyball nets, games, our older children had a wonderful time. The staff at the hotel met all of our needs in a timely manner. I would give this hotel my business again.”

“Very friendly staff with outstanding customer service. However the room's was not kept air conditioned so in our 100 plus degree weather it took a while to cool off the room, and it was a buzz kill to enter a hot room. We wanted a king size bed and were not given one despite several requests. There was no microwave unit in the room. The room was tidy but not exactly clean, especially the bath tub. The AC solenoid was extremely noisy and kept waking us up through the night. Parking was limited and very inconvenient as the units are a large distance away through steep walkways. The room decor was modern, quiet and elegant. The hotel is nestled right against majestic mountains which provides a unique backdrop and beautiful setting.”

“The resort is friendly and eager to please with comfort and beauty in mind. The Dos Locos restaurant (Latin fusion) is overpriced as my meat was overcooked and tough.”

“I really enjoy staying at this hotel. It is near my parents house so it is conveniently located. We like to walk and it is a great place to walk around. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful.”

“I really enjoyed our stay. We originally reserved one night, but we liked the property so well that we added a second night. The one draw back was the somewhat noisy person in the room above us. The rooms could use better insulation.”

“Hotel was located in a very scenic area. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly. Our only complaint was that our breakfast choices were very limited.”

“Very nice resort located in the Ora Valley, North of Tucson (unfortunately the area is now a suburb with the housing and shopping mall sprawl). The hotel has a great swimming pool, small, cute kiddy pool and a small water slide. You’re in a gorgeous surrounding when sitting around the pool with lush landscape and a pretty view of the mountains. There is a golf course, tennis courses and a fitness facility on site. Hilton has canceled their resort fee charges and you pay as you use them instead of everyone paying the $20 per day resort fee. To use the fitness center was $10 a day.”

“Beautiful resort hotel for golfers and tennis players looking to play in sunny weather during the winter. The hotel is beginning to show signs of wear and would benefit from a remodel in the near future.”

“One of the nicest places in Arizona; exquisite. I think they charge extra for routine amenities, and discourage the bringing in of outside food and drink, just to keep away the riffraff (I guess that would be me). Maybe that's good, maybe not.”

“This was a beautiful hotel with lots of amentias and beautiful views. I regret we did not get to enjoy the large pool or the hot and cold Jacuzzis; however they were open 24 hours. It was truly a resort for the guest in mind.”

“The views, pool, grounds were fantastic! However, this is more of a family hotel, expect your hair to be all messed up by the kids jumping in the pool. The floors and trim, wallpaper/paint all seemed a bit dated. The hotel is very clean, nice beds, nice bathrooms, I like the toiletries except for the shear butter kind of weird soap. However, they could clean the pools a tad more often. Great price and very safe for kids, good security. I swam at 1 am and felt safe. Lobby is very nice, staff was extremely nice, friendly, care about customers!”

“Good value for the price. This property is not a 4 star resort. Whole facility showing signs of age and need updating. I will probably go out of my way to avoid this hotel in the future.
