“Since this was a hotel located near the University of Arizona, it was empty and therefore offered free self parking (usually 11$ a day). Hotel was very nice, staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean.”

“Located close to the U of A campus, there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. Hotel was older and dated and the pool was cloudy/dirty. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was pretty expensive but had a decent assortment of items that were well prepared.”

“Great location to visit student at U of Arizona. Very clean & friendly. Upscale feel / downside was parking $11 to park across street or $15 for valet parking.”

“Beautiful hotel with the interior of the hotel surrounded by rock foundation and waterfall. Cooling and inviting. The sound of water also relaxes one.”

“The Tucson Marriott was well located, close to University and 4th Ave (good for eating and shopping). The hotel was also well - kept with nice amenities (gym, pool, hot tub) and a friendly staff. We'd definitely visit again. Note that self-parking is $11 extra/night and valet $15/night (a charge we did not originally anticipate).”

“Greeted by friendly bell staff, some difficulty pulling up in front of hotel to unload, too many other cars just waiting. Check in staff also very welcoming, everything was great.”

“Very nice and clean hotel. Excellent staff in handling any situation that we had concern about.
A special thanks to Ana Landry the Lead Concierge for the Marriott Tucson University Park. She was very helpful and a delightful person to visit with!”

“The hotel was clean and inviting. At first I was concerned it might be noisy being so close to the University but I heard absolutely no noise from other guests or outside the hotel.”

“Very impressed with the quality of the hotel and their staff. Centrally located in Tucson made travel to any area attraction a breeze. The only negatives were parking is a separate fee and the outdoor pool was not heated.”

“Very nice accommodations. Very clean and comfortable. I was disappointed having to pay for internet service and that it did not work that well (kept going in and out). Restaurant was friendly, but their service was sub-par and the food was overpriced for what you received.”

“The hotel is spacious, beautiful, and elegant similar to another of our favorite, the Embassy Suites. The lobby, restaurant, cocktail lounge, exercise room & gift shop are all located on the first floor surrounded by the rooms all lined up in a circular design. Superb location adjacent to the downtown area, eateries and shops all accessible by walking, trolley car, shuttle, and other transportation modes. Very clean and tidy hotel. Very friendly personnel. Great breakfast!”
