• Breakfast could have been better for a Marriott.

“The TownePlace Suites hotel is clean and very nice. The staff was friendly and our stay was wonderful. I would go back again for sure!”

• It was just great all the way around, pretty room, NICE.
• There wasn't one thing I didn't like.

“I was VERY impressed with my room. It had more in it than expected, a mini kitchen with dishes, this alone was impressive and made me think of coming back to stay with my husband and explore Tucson for a few days, wouldn't have to eat out all the time. Nice and quiet place, pretty.”

• In a quiet area.
• Dirty carpet.

“It also took about 20 minutes the next morning to get checked-out. We thought it was all taken care of but, we ended up getting billed on our credit card and had to request a credit several days later. Carpet was dirty and had wet spots on it.”

• The room was clean and offered a full kitchen.
• No Jacuzzi.

“We spent very little time in our hotel room, so it didn't really give us a chance to enjoy the amenities such as the full kitchen. Overall, it was a good hotel for our money and our needs.”

• Bathrooms were very clean.
• The room had a different smell to it.

“The smell in the room was the main reason I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• It has a kitchen.
• Breakfast is rather sparse.

“For the money this is an excellent bargain. While most people might not like its distance from the freeway, I was looking to be closer to the Northeast part of town so it was perfect for me. This is my second stay here.”

• Handicap Suite was too crowded to get around conveniently.

“The staff and amenities were great. Room was smaller than other handicap suites we have stayed at. We would probably not stay at a Townplace again. One other note....there was a lot of road construction in the area....there were no cross street signs at a couple of major intersections in the area making locating the Townplace difficult.”
