  • Good location, vacancy, availability, no surprise.
  • Overall cleanliness, quality of appliances. Over dollars for value.

“I've stayed here on occasion over the years and it's going downhill. Some rooms have phones that work, others don't. Most staff were friendly, helpful, but not all. The appliances basically work, the furniture, beds, carpets are more than showing their age and wear, tear. I've yet to have a decent TV, reception. Definitely falls into the, get what you pay for, category. Bring your liquid anti-bacterial soap. Basically it feels like the owner is milking it for what he can before selling it in the red-hot real estate market to be bulldozed.”

  • nothing
  • Dirty, gave us an occupied room

“The office was very unorganized. They gave us a room that was already occupied so that we walked in on another family. when I went to tell the office they did not believe me and I told them to go check it out themselves and so they did. The hotel was dirty and very univiting.”

  • Nice, quiet neighborhood.
  • It was about 5 miles off the interstate 10.

“Overall, a nice hotel with full kitchen.”

Cleanliness:[7] • Staff:[8] • Location:[5]

  • inexpensive clean motel with full kitchen.
  • Difficult to find, due to lack of street signs in Tucson. Even the cab driver got confused. But it is right on Oracle, S. of Orange Grove.

“Inexpensive, clean motel with full kitchen. No grocery store nearby that I could find. just the basics. I saved a bomb the night I stayed there instead of the convention hotel.”

  • Found a huge cockroach in the bathroom. Checked out immediately.

“Don't go there ever!”

  • Parking, shower not strong enough,

“It's not really hotel, it's more like apartments for extended stay people. Would be nice if we were staying over 3 or 4 days.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[5] • Location:[8]

  • The grounds were nice, lots of stores and restaurants close by.
  • Dirty rooms, shower had mold and floor didn't seem very clean.

“The hotel looks nice and the outside is well kept for an older property. I called to verify my reservation and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. When I checked in the person at the front desk acted as if i was interrupting her. The room had mold on the shower ceiling and the floor seemed dirty (possibly just old carpet). The appliances looked quite old (I didn't use them so I don't know how well they worked). The refridgerator and heater were very loud and buzzed all night waking me up quite often.I would rate this property as fair given the 1* status. The price was very high but understandable due to the PGA Tour and the Rodeo being in town that weekend.”

Cleanliness:[2] • Staff:[1] • Location:[4]

  • not much to like. ok location.
  • no working room phones, unhelpful staff

“This is truely a cheap hotel. Don't expect any frills. The room was very shabby, there were cigarette burns in the blanket on the bed, and in-room phones were not working (apparently this is a chronic problem and the hotel staff does not view it as a substantial problem). I will not be going back, ”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[1] • Location:[5]

  • nothing
  • The smell, bugs, noisy, bathtub, hard bed.

“This hotel really should not be rated even at a 1 star. It was the worst ROACH MOTEL I have ever stayed at. I have been hesitant in the past to bid on a 1 star hotel, this is the first time and will be my last. The clerk upon check in only gave directions on how to get to room. We could not find ice nor could we check out early in the morning. We had to go back after appointments to even get someone to answer the office door to check out. ”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[5] • Location:[10]

  • it was clean
  • There was no phone in the room, the outside security lights were burned out and the windows woudnt lock

“This hotel was unsafe, we had to put wooden hangers in the window to block anyone from opening them, as there were no locks. No telephone in room, no alarm clock, no hair dryer. outside lights were burned out. ”
