• It wasn't just a room, it was a suite.....it rocked!!

“Excellent hotel!! Spacious, good service, in room internet, free breakfast and happy hours. Staff was very friends and helpful. We were very pleased with this hotel. Highly recommend!”

• Friendly staff.
• Giant gap around door.`

“They put us in the noisiest room in the hotel. It was right up against the pool and the gate was right at our door. Everybody who went through the gate slammed it. The big gap around our door let all the sounds in. Not a good place if you want to sleep.”

• The price was good.
• Pool closed first day we arrived.

“This is a overall decent hotel. Room was very clean and the price was right. The breakfast area was not so great the same food daily and the area needed some repair. Overall, I would stay again but would like to see some improvement in the food area.”

• The room was attractive clean and comfortable easy access.
• The clothes closet had a water leak when I reported it nothing was done about it.

“I enjoyed my stay was clean, room attractive and comfortable, easy access, near by restaurant was good. I would stay here again if I were in Tucson.”

“Older hotel, dingy, and dirty. Staff couldnt speak English well and was unhelpful. Beds were uncomfortable. Hot breakfast buffet was poor quality.”

• Facility was very clean and up-to-date.
• Bottom fitted sheets did not fit the mattress (too small).

“Incredible value for the money. It far exceeded what I expected from the star rating and for a 'Best Western'; the complimentary breakfast, provided in a separate facility (and not the motel lobby as most are) had a full buffet, and the food was great.”

• I didn't get the room that I ask in my reservation.

“Excellent location, easy to go from the hotel to anywhere in the city, near shopping malls. Safety to the visitors and its car.”

“This hotel was very nice, furniture in good shape and very comfortable beds. I would definitely stay there again. Price was outstanding for the convenience and location.”

• Friendly service and excellent complimentary breakfast.
• Never had a working telephone in room - sloppy room cleaning.

“Staff courteous and friendly, but motel needs some maintenance help. Our room phone never worked and hotel couldn't get it repaired or even find the problem. Saw other tenants whose keys would not open their doors and were forced to switch rooms. One lady had no TV because her remote was defective. Still, we enjoyed our stay.”

• I like that there was a complimentary social hour in the evening.
• The room was a bit smaller then I expected. Ground could have been a little neater/groomed.

“Overall our stay was good. Breakfast was good and they have a social hour in the evening for guests. The room was a little small but the look for the room was nice and clean. The front of the property was clean and nicely decorated however grounds around the room area could use a little more up keep.”

• It was quiet, clean (linens changed everyday without request); breakfast selection was varied, and close to incredibly great hiking.
• You could easily miss it if you are not vigilant.

“My husband and I appreciated the quiet of the establishment and the cleanliness and attention to detail. Staff was friendly and addressed our concerns immediately (we had one minor problem with our phone).”

• A nice continental breakfast saved time and money.
• When I first called they were rude and said I should have called before one day before the trip as they were out of rooms.

“I believe it doesn't quite measure up to a three star rating, but with some upgrades and more professional service, it wouldn't take much.”

• The free breakfast was good.
• The cleaning staff could do a little better - Remote control in bedroom didn't work.

“The hotel was okay. All of the towels and wash clothes weren't replaced after the cleaning staff cleaned the room. There were small things they missed: popcorn on floor etc. The breakfast staff were nice and the food was fresh and good. The pool was okay. I liked the separate bedroom area but the bathroom sink was not in the bathroom.”
