• The staff was helpful.
• Scary neighborhood.

“The lobby looked like it was going to be a nice hotel. The staff was helpful. Then once getting to the rooms, the carpet was dirty, the pool & hot tub were disgusting, and they looked like they hadn't been cleaned in some time. The room was clean. Overall I would not like to stay there again.”

• The price.
• Unsecured, and in need of repairs.

“The building to access the rooms had a broken lock allowing anyone inside the building. The ground level rooms are much unsecured due to the quality of the lock on the sliding glass patio door and lack of lock on the actual room patio door. Very unsafe place to stat but it was cheap.”

• 1. Computer system out of order. 2. Front desk staff horrible. 3. Lounge not opens for business. 4. Restaurant being remolded-not open.

• I liked the breakfast in the morning, my room was clean.
• The hallways and other public areas were very dirty; the lock did not work on my door.

“Other reviews on-line had said this place was a dive. When we pulled in a big sign said it was under new mgt. The front desk staff was okay, but did not go out of their way to welcome us. Many people did seem to live there and others just seemed to be "hanging out". The pool was okay, but the spa was broken. In all I would not want to go there again, but a one time place to stay was okay.”

• The folks at the front desk were very gracious.
• The breakfast room was on the depressing side.

“Good in a utilitarian way. Clean, respectable, easy to find--and the pancakes and poached eggs--do it yourself--for breakfast were an adventure!”

• The staff was friendly and the lobby was nice.
• Bad location. The room we stayed in was detached from the main lobby/hotel, across the street.

“I would not have stayed there if my husband was not with me. I did not feel safe in the parking lot or the building where our room was located, across the street behind the main hotel. I think I would have felt better in the main hotel. Definitely, I, I will not stay there again.”

• This hotel is in a decent, central location.
• This hotel is beyond dirty! I'm sure they are in violation of a public health law.

“Overall, I¿m glad that I had extra bedding in my car! The room was disgustingly filthy, from the bathroom with hair, to the old stained pink sheets. I'd be better off staying down the road at a 1 star.”
