• The staff was friendly.
• Very dirty, terrible plumbing, no maid service, dirty sheets.

“This place was disgusting. I stayed in two rooms during my time there. In my first room it looked like someone was murdered on the floor. There were stains all over the carpet. The toilet leaked and would not flush at all. We asked to switch rooms. They very willingly obliged. In the second room the bed sheets were still dirty with footprints on a pillow case and what looked like a pee stain on one of the sheets. The sink's drain did not work so every time we used it, it just filled up with more water. The toilet in this room worked at first, but that only lasted through its second use when just like the other room it would no longer flush. In the two days we were there the maid never came in and cleaned our room or made our bed. I would never come back to this place again.”

• It's simple and small.
• The hotel was fine except for the stained sheets.

• You could by drugs in front of almost any room. Druggies gathered in groups of 3 to 5 in front of 5 or 6 of the rooms.
• condition of room, location, not having a key to the only room left, crime element

“I not only didn't like it, I didn't even bother staying there. I got a room at Motel 8 which was not only in a much better location... Very clean and functional with no noticeable crime element, but also for the same price! Never again.”
