• Nothing!
• The staff is incompetent at best, respectful at times.

“I stayed in several hotel but never had such a bad experience! The staff is hostile, totally incompetent and even respectful. The manager barely cares. I stayed there for a few days. The second night they had just checked me out and attributed the room to someone else. Those persons walked in on us late at night (about 11:30 pm). When calling the front desk, the only answer was you shouldn't be here! And they hung up the phone while I was still talking. I went to the front desk to find a few other disappointed customers. The person in charge ignored me, I was given an hostile it works now and stared at for a while. I never got apologies for any of this inconveniences and believe me I tried! When told, the manager just said that she didn't know and it seemed that now everything was fixed. I have no clue to what happened to the persons that were supposed to stay in our room. The only advise I would give is stay away from the Travelodge Inn staff. By the way, free internet and continental breakfast is an optimist description of what you get. No signal for internet in our room and breakfast sums up to many people fighting over 3 pieces of bread.”

• It was clean and the temperature was cool.
• The breakfast was not the best.

• Rooms/staff/food/layout/amenities.

“A very poor quality hotel - the plumbing fell apart, the door on the toilet was hanging by one screw, the elevator was filthy, the rooms were dirty, the staff - unhelpful and basically useless. The food was dire (deluxe breakfast in your dreams! The fixtures being Best Western 'hand me downs'!!”

• Convenient area, comfortable.
• The rooms need a little fixing up, new painting needed etc.
