  • Good price.
  • Continental breakfast was very marginal.

“My experience was about what I expected for a budget hotel. The room was reasonable. The carpet was not very clean. The continental breakfast was a joke with a loaf of bread and dry cereal. There was no place to sit down to eat. Overall, it was a reasonable place to stay for a one night budget experience.”

  • It was clean, manager was pleasant.
  • Continental breakfast was a joke. Room was tiny and old furnishings.

“This really is an economy motel. Continental breakfast consisted of cold cereal and a loaf of white Wonder bread! Coffee with creamora. But it was clean and the staff was pleasant.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[8] • Location:[8]

  • I was happy that we had wife access.
  • The walls were terribly thin and we heard everything going on around us.

“There was no elevator so we had to drag suitcases up the stairs. The walls were very thin and we were disturbed by neighbors all night long. This was an off season, but they seemed to have so much tourist business that perhaps they don't care about providing services. The beds were better than I had expected.”

  • The motel was very easy to find off the main road one block.
  • The beds were hard and uncomfortable.

“This hotel is a nice stay for a short amount of time. It had cable TV, a fridge, and a microwave.”

  • TV with plenty of channels.
  • Location was hard to find and very noisy with no early coffee.

“I find that the service was minimal, and would not stay here again.”

Cleanliness:[7] • Staff:[6] • Location:[8]

  • Good position, quiet.
  • Bathrooms old.

“A good hotel if you don't have specific needs. Good location, just one block from the main street. As a couple, we wanted a king size bed, but they don't have any (in the entire motel). Were given a two queens bedroom, ended up sleeping in one. Fridge and microwave oven are a nice addition.”

  • Nothing at all.
  • It was filthy; sheets were torn, totally disgusting.

“This hotel is hard to find. I had to call and get directions, it sits behind a fast food restaurant and very hard to find from the road. Our room door was completely wide open when we arrived (10pm). The place was dirty, run down and absolutely disgusting.”

Cleanliness:[5] • Staff:[3] • Location:[5]

  • It was within walking distance to restaurants.

“There are no amenities here. This is a one-star facility. Our room was left wide-open by the housekeeper for anyone to walk into and management just made excuses for her. They were very unprofessional. I would never stay at this place again. This continental breakfast was cold cereal and toast in a 7x7 room with no tables to sit at.”

Cleanliness:[2] • Staff:[5] • Location:[1]

  • Desk person was friendly. Did not like this hotel. Told this was a 2-star hotel.
  • Very run-down looking. Poor area. Did not feel safe. Trash everywhere. Have already put in complaint.

“I did not feel at all safe at this hotel. Could not sleep well worrying about my vehicle outside. It was very run-down/old. Trash was everywhere. Thought there would be continental breakfast. The lobby was very small, no room for sitting for a continental breakfast. Did not open until 7:30. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very unsatisfied.”

Cleanliness:[6] • Staff:[4] • Location:[2]

  • It was clean.
  • Bulbs over sink were 50% burned out. Online directions completely useless.

“This is a cheap hotel, part of the Motel 8 chain which we try to avoid.”

Cleanliness:[6] • Staff:[9] • Location:[8]

  • Hotel staff was friendly.
  • Hotel should be classified as 1 star. Small room with uncomfortable beds.

“While the staff was friendly and cooperative the rooms were small and the beds were old and uncomfortable. This should be rated as a 1 star..”

  • Friendly Staff.
  • Ice maker broken; carpet dirty.

“Very limited amenities. Continental breakfast consisted of cereal, toast, milk, juice and coffee. Ice maker did not work but was not labeled so. My feet were dirty after walking barefoot on the carpet for 10 minutes.”

  • I was extremely disappointed and will never stay at this chain again.
  • Dirty, AC didn't work, many things broken in rooms.

“Poor place to stay. I don't know how you can call a continental breakfast toast and coffee.”

  • Close to attraction; Have a small refrigerator.
  • Cleanliness.

“One street away from a main street missed it twice on drive by. The room is little dim. But supermarket gas station, attractions are all within walking or driving distance. For a short stay is OK.”

  • The hotel staff/family was very nice.
  • Terrible rooms and ours were very hot.

“I would consider this hotel worse than a Motel 6.”

Cleanliness:[3] • Staff:[1] • Location:[3]

  • Everything. Rooms smelled dirty, A/C not functioning despite the heat.

“This stay at the Americas Best Value Page was a terrible experience. This hotel is definitely not a 2 star hotel. I have stayed at the Motel 6 in Page, which is rated only one star, but is by far a better hotel than the Best Value Inn, for similar prices. The Americas Best Value Page is one of the very few hotels in Page that does not have a pool, which is more than nice when temperatures reach more than 100 F during the summer. But worst, upon checking in, the curtains had been left wide open and the A/C turned off in our room, resulting in an inside temperature of a whopping 108 F. A few hours after turning the A/C on, we realized it wasn't cooling the room at all, and asked the hotel staff if anything could be done about it. As an answer, they sent us the hotel manager who was very rude, and told us was the hotel was full every day and that we were the only customer to ever complain about it! Also, the room was quite dirty, and the bathroom fixtures were broken and leaking. Overall, this hotel definitely does not deserve a 2 star rating. I would never stay at this hotel again.”

Cleanliness:[2] • Staff:[5] • Location:[4]

  • Location was convenient to start of a float trip early the next day.
  • Had to reject a room because of bug infestation.

“This hotel has facility problems. The first room we were given had thousands of insects (ants?) crawling up and down the wall near the sink. We told the clerk we wanted another room, and she gave us a bigger room without any bug problems. It did not appear the "bug" room was rented that night, although the hotel was nearly full. This place has junk piled up in the hallways and common areas, as if they're working on the buildings. It was not a good experience, but it was a convenient place to spend the night.”

Cleanliness:[6] • Staff:[1] • Location:[8]

  • Location.
  • Unfriendly staff, bad breakfast, old rooms.

“Beware of this hotel. It is definitely way under other 2 stars hotels in page. This is a former super 8 and you feel it. The staff is the most unfriendly we ever met. What hey calls breakfast is a table in front of the small lobby where you can take a coffee, toast one or two slices of bread if you find some, and use a squeeze bottle of marmalade and finally drink a juice. All is coming from wall mart and disgusting. Moreover, you have to take that in your room but, of course, no tray available. This is probably the worst hotel we ever got in the use.”
