• Location and breakfast.
• There was no hot water for two mornings. Poor shower.

“Shower pressure was poor, water was cool. I called the desk on the lack of hot water. Security lock on sliding door was missing, and outside lower rear doors did not lock.”

• Balcony.
• Odd shaped location of bathroom.

“Was convenient location, had balconies overlooking the dam and river, but ours looked out at the parking lot. When got home, found that we had been double billed. Only way to 2nd floor room was through fire door and up the stairs through that fire door.”

• Location and room size are good.
• Awkward room door entry and bath area.

“Fair price, good room size, breakfast (included) was adequate. Good location, walking distance to town and nearby restaurants. Staffs were helpful and friendly. I did not like the weird angle hotel/room design making all room entry area small. Sink area should be enclosed so the lighting does not disturb everyone who may still be sleeping.”

• I did not like anything about this hotel.
• Dingy, unfriendly staff, internet did not work, buffet dirty.

“Don't stay here. Staff unfriendly, facility old, dark and dingy and there are too many other hotels in the area that look much nicer.”

• Friendly staff and clean room.
• We saw few ants in our room.

“Pretty nice hotel for the price. Very friendly staff and our room was clean. We did however saw few ants in the bathroom sink. The breakfast was very good and the dining room had really a nice view of the Glen Canyon Dam. Overall, it was a good experience, will stay there again.”
