“Great value, great location, walk to all the great restaurants and shops on Main Street. Many free or inexpensive activities for children & young teens offered by the hotel.”

“This hotel was excellent for the money! The only problem we had was the noise coming from the bar below our window. They had extremely loud music and there was a lot of commotion. This went on until 2:00 AM! It was difficult to sleep! Other than that, everything was fine!”

“This hotel is incredibly simple but perfect for a no frills getaway. The pool is half inside half outside which made swimming under the stars whilst it was snowing very romantic.”

“Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel as it was well appointed and was in the center of Park City. Registering was quick and easy and the staff friendly. I don't mean to obsess about the bed, but this was seriously the nicest mattress I've ever slept on in a hotel and I am quite a seasoned traveler. The only glitch was the mildew smell in the bathroom, but that wouldn't prevent me from spending another night at this hotel. We were very pleased with the price.”

“It was a little outdated in the interior of the room but clean. The lobby and surrounding areas were updated and comfortable. Staff was very nice and in a good location on main street near the shops, etc.”

“I have stayed at this hotel before and that's why I stayed there again. I love this hotel. The location is perfect and the people are amazing. I will continue to come back time and time again!”

“The experience with this property was flawed from the start. The desk clerk could not give us accurate information as to where to find late dinner after 9 PM. We walked around for 30 minutes looking for an open restaurant. The Marriott room was quite small (narrow). No suitcase stand area. Old economy motel TV. Old tired bath fixtures & decor, small towels. Bed was plush and comfy, pillows were tired (lumpy) however. Upon returning to the room in the afternoon, the front door was left ajar (by housekeeping?), with 2 bags of soiled linen left outside for 2 days. We complained about the lack of security - they sent a maintenance man to fix the door closure, but couldn't without going to buy a new part (may be tomorrow!). A checkout reminder message was left on our messages at 10 A.M. the next day which was Sunday. No sleeping in! Would not stay here again.”

“For the price, this Hotel was great. It would probably be worth the winter season rates, as well. It sits right at the bottom of Main street so you are close to all the main street fun. The room was very nice even had a little table with plates and silverware for two people. Would definitely consider another stay. Only problem and an important one was the room was very hot and the air conditioner didn't seem to work very well. We just opened the window and let that nice mountain air blow on in.”

“I have stayed at Summit Watch the last three summers. They have done a good job in upgrading the furniture, etc. The staff has been very helpful. Last year we booked a two bedroom villa and ended up only needing one bedroom, even though we had a reservation for two bedrooms, they were able to fill the second bedroom and decreased our nightly rate. I go to park city every summer and will continue to stay at Summit Watch” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.

“Stayed 2 nights at this well located property. After night one I presented the staff with a list of 13 deficiencies that remained unanswered. There was a dangerous and drafty one inch gap under the door to the room. The furnishings were salvaged from goodwill, the shee Amenities at Marriott Summit Watch, Park City
