“The experience with this property was flawed from the start. The desk clerk could not give us accurate information as to where to find late dinner after 9 PM. We walked around for 30 minutes looking for an open restaurant. The Marriott room was quite small (narrow). No suitcase stand area. Old economy motel TV. Old tired bath fixtures & decor, small towels. Bed was plush and comfy, pillows were tired (lumpy) however. Upon returning to the room in the afternoon, the front door was left ajar (by housekeeping?), with 2 bags of soiled linen left outside for 2 days. We complained about the lack of security - they sent a maintenance man to fix the door closure, but couldn't without going to buy a new part (may be tomorrow!). A checkout reminder message was left on our messages at 10 A.M. the next day which was Sunday. No sleeping in! Would not stay here again.”

“For the price, this Hotel was great. It would probably be worth the winter season rates, as well. It sits right at the bottom of Main street so you are close to all the main street fun. The room was very nice even had a little table with plates and silverware for two people. Would definitely consider another stay. Only problem and an important one was the room was very hot and the air conditioner didn't seem to work very well. We just opened the window and let that nice mountain air blow on in.”

“I have stayed at Summit Watch the last three summers. They have done a good job in upgrading the furniture, etc. The staff has been very helpful. Last year we booked a two bedroom villa and ended up only needing one bedroom, even though we had a reservation for two bedrooms, they were able to fill the second bedroom and decreased our nightly rate. I go to park city every summer and will continue to stay at Summit Watch” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.

“Stayed 2 nights at this well located property. After night one I presented the staff with a list of 13 deficiencies that remained unanswered. There was a dangerous and drafty one inch gap under the door to the room. The furnishings were salvaged from goodwill, the sheets thin and overused, the pillows were worn well beyond their useful life, and the staff had attitude. Broken exterior locks and non-existent security could compromise your safety. At $275/nite this place is a rip-off. This is not a hotel it is a condominium or timeshare - it has not been maintained to proper hotel standards.” 1 of 2 people found this review helpful.Amenities at Marriott Summit Watch, Park City
