“Beautiful ski-in ski-out lodging. Year-round outdoor pool and hot tub were terrific. Outdoor grills were easy to use. The kids had a blast. The staff was friendly but slow when given a request. The best part of our stay was this location right on the mountain and in the center of the action. Plan to go again!”

“We loved the room. It was nicer than we expected. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was hard and I didn't sleep well for the 4 nights we were there. I would recommend a pillow top mattress.”

“Requested several things from housekeeping that never showed up. Garbage disposal was broken and garbage would back up in the sink when the dishwasher was ran. Check in was very disorganized and my room was not ready by the 5 p.m. Promised time. First night there, the hallway was filled with bags of trash and dirty laundry that entire night. Over-priced. Sheets were dirty.”

“Hard time getting anything requested from housekeeping. Garbage disposal was broken and the disposal would back up when running the dishwasher. Check -in was difficult as room was not ready when promised. No restaurant at the lodge.”

“Extremely overpriced for what you get ($450/nite)- the first room they put us in was a dump with broken fixtures, rattling ventilation and torn pieces of furniture, with a balcony overlooking the dumpster. They were nice enough to move us to a better room. The linens were something you'd see at a Motel 6. The pool and main hot tub were broken the entire time. No valet or bellman on arrival and we had to carry our own luggage. Nowhere to get breakfast until 8 am restaurant service was the poorest I have ever received at a fine dining establishment (which was at the Cabin at the affiliated Grand Summit nearby). We were nickeled-and-dimed at every turn, including paying $5 to briefly check my email, which wasn't even available at our own overpriced hotel!”

Linda L. from Provo “Great hotel. This hotel doesn't have the fanciest of all rooms available at the Canyons, but the upgraded room (not the regular room) is really beautiful with an incredible kitchen and atmosphere. The staff at Sundial is really great.”
