“This hotel meets middle east standards not American. Everything was dirty or worn out. Bedding was unchanged from prior guests. Toweling was worn out, no ice bucket and 25 cent charge for ice if you could find a bucket. Carpeting was stretched, dirty and wet. Two room lights were not working. Microwave oven is 20 years old. Refrigerator is also dirty and old. Furniture should be thrown out. Continental breakfast is a joke. Bulldoze the entire complex. Never again for this one.”

“This hotel was awful. My room had food crumbs on the floor and under the bed. The curtains and blinds were broken and would not close. The toilet was broken and I had to shut off the water on it that constantly was running.”

“This hotel doesn't deserve any stars. On my two week vacation I stayed in nine different hotels. This was the most expensive hotel and by far the worst.”

“This motel's saving grace was the night clerk who checked us in - incredibly helpful and pleasant. The room smelled terrible. The continental breakfast consisted of stale Danishes, sour orange juice, and coffee. It also appears that there are some "permanent" residents. Not comfortable with my family at all!”

“Hotel staff on the whole not that customer friendly. Two staff members were however helpful. The rooms on the first floor were extremely noisy - could hear everything in the rooms above. TV had no remote. Coffee maker had no coffee. Bathroom was adequate but the towels were old and thin and the toilet blocked up. Garbage trucks and trains made sleep difficult. However the location was adequate and all we had to do there was trying and get some sleep and stay out all day. If the weather had been bad, things would have been more desperate.”

“If you are reading this review, then you are smarter than me who just booked this hotel (walk-in) because it was close to what looks like the old historic part of town. The room is average price for $50.00 plus tax but you literally cannot sleep because the Amtrak and freight trains blast their horns all night long (I am writing this review at 3:30 am in the morning from my laptop because I cannot get to sleep.) Even my wife (who has earplugs to drown out my snoring) cannot sleep. Our room is old and small which is not a problem but the floor is creaky, the walls are very thin and the furniture is way too big for the room - the table is blocking about a third of the entry way to the bathroom. The TV, wall air conditioner/heater, alarm clock, microwave, and refrigerator are all plugged into the same outlet (with one of those adaptors that allow six outlets from a standard two outlet) but you can't have the TV and the heater on at the same time because the circuit breaker trips. To top it off, the smoke alarm beeped once every five minutes before I figured the battery must be low so I just removed it. Be warned - stay away.”

“This hotel should be torn down and replaced. The caliber of people staying at this hotel was trashy at best. I later found out from a police officer in my group that this is where they place defendants. It appeared that way. I did not have time to look for a different hotel nor the patience because rooms were scarce that weekend. Had I been able to take the time to go elsewhere, I would have. I was uneasy staying there and worried about my expensive motorcycle in the parking lot. There were broken down vehicles on the property, some with flat tires that looked as if they had been there for years. This was a huge disappointment for my stay.”
