  • Location.

“In the middle of nowhere right off the freeway next to a truck stop.”

“Surprisingly very quite for even being placed on the street side. Didn't spend much time there but was very comfortable. Room was very large bathroom small.”

  • Very close to freeway exit and restaurants. Nice breakfast bar.
  • Description say resent remodel but room are grungy and fixtures are old.

“The shower in the first room we were given did not work the fixture was falling out of the wall. The 2nd room we were given was filthy. Dirty furniture upholstery, tears in sheets and bathroom toilet and floor were dirty. Too tired to search for another hotel that late at night. If the hotel is that concerned with possible damage to charge a security deposit they should make sure their furniture, appliances, fixtures and bedding are in good condition. Clerks seems to be trained in blank stares and quoting policies.”

  • Friendly.
  • Noisy! Ceiling creaked all night one night and could hear doors shutting in hall. No fan. Noisy! Didn't sleep well.

“Nice staff, good breakfast, and fairly clean but is a very noisy hotel. We were on the first floor and could hear the people above us walking around. We could also hear the doors shutting out in the hall. You could not turn the fan to the heater on to cover up the noise. Two of the three nights we did not get much sleep.”

  • Nothing.
  • Tub did not work no hot water old bed lumpy pillows very uncomfortable.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a hot shower or warm bath. If you desire sleep, better to sleep in your car as the beds are springy and old. The pillows are hard and lumpy. The hair dryer did not work as so the coffee maker did not also. The light in the hall flickered all night. Although the staff was nice it did nothing for a good stay or a good night sleep.”

  • Convenient location.
  • The walls were thin and we could hear everything.

“The bed was really uncomfortable, the walls were thin, and the lighting wasn't great (too fluorescent). Our room was near the breakfast area and smelled like stale breakfast at night. The breakfast was hot and had a good variety but I didn't want to smell like breakfast all day.”

  • The free breakfast was the best we have ever had. Loved the make it yourself waffles!
  • We were never greeted by the staff.

“Our stay was very nice beds and pillows were comfy.free breakfast rocked!”

  • Very clean, well-maintained, friendly staff, very nice breakfast room and food.
  • No exercise room, beds were not great.

“We were very pleased with the hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast room was well-maintained and well-stocked with a nice assortment of food items. Rooms were clean and very well-maintained, although small. The refrigerator and microwave in the room were absolutely wonderful, since we stayed six days and wanted to keep some snacks on hand.”

  • Somewhat run-down and ill maintained.

“Convenient to the freeway. Not far from Provo. Somewhat run down and ill-maintained; for example the tub although clean, had some stains in it that left one not wanting to bath in it. We took showers.”

  • Very nice room for low cost.

“I
was very impressed with the room and with the breakfast provided. Everything was excellent! We were very very pleasantly surprised.”

  • The hotel staff were very helpful. Very good breakfast.
  • Pool was outdoor, so not useful in cold weather.

“The hotel was very clean and attractive even though the hotel was under remodel. The hotel staff were very accommodating to my needs.”

  • I didn't have to sleep in the street.
  • It is in need of a complete renovation.

“Run down, poor quality, and grumpy staff.”

  • I liked how large the rooms were.

“I would recommend this to anyone. It is out of the hustle and bustle of the city and was real easy to find. Even though it was right next to the freeway the noise level was minimal. The room we had was a wonderful surprise with a super king size bed and a hideaway bed for our child. It also had a Jacuzzi in the bathroom which our child used after playing in the outdoor pool and hot tub.”

  • The hotel was clean, quiet, and in a good area. The staff was friendly and helpful.
  • I can't think of anything I didn't like.

“I enjoyed my overnight stay. The hot tub was refreshing during the light rain and cloudy skies. The area was quiet and I was able to sleep as long as I wanted.”

  • Great breakfast, customer service and nice large immaculate rooms.
  • Nothing.

“Our selection motivation was due to trip length from Southern California. Staff was very courteous, had fresh cookies in lobby, paper at door in morning, prompt wake up call and great free full breakfast. I will definitely stay here again if making trip north!”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[9] • Location:[7]

  • Staff was polite and courteous; hotel was clean, breakfast was good.
  • Beds were hard, mosquitoes were thick, spot light outside window.

“The hotel was in good condition. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was tasteful and well presented. The staff was courteous and helpful. The two drawbacks were that the beds were very hard and the mosquitoes are thick since the hotel is adjacent to Lake Utah.”

  • It was quiet and the rooms were big. They had extra pillows and it was a nice space.
  • Person at the desk yelled at my four year old son who picked up the phone and jabbered into it. She was not nice about in spite of an apology.

“Nice place to stay for overnight. It was clean and comfortable with spacious room. The food in the morning was good. The options for breakfast were many. Everyone one but one person was nice to us and treated us with respect.”

Cleanliness:[3] • Staff:[4] • Location:[8]

  • The location was near where we needed to go.
  • We did not like the beds. We itched all night.

“It is not a place we will ever sleep again. Twp reasons--we itched all night and the hotel is pet friendly. Why people insist on taking their dogs into hotels and why hotels allow them to do this in rooms other people will sleep in is beyond me. It is disgusting. I do not want to sleep in a dog house.”
