• Quiet and secluded but easy to get to.
• The continental breakfast was really lacking.

“This hotel was in a good location. Little scratchy towels. The price was a bit high for the quality.”

• We felt very comfortable and well taken care of.
• The towels were very ruff. Some fabric softener would help.

“Like I said it was very pleasant and clean. The towels were clean but felt like sand paper on your skin. Fabric softener would help. Thank-you for doing all that you did.”

• Staff was very rude, I had to pay $10.00 more for my double bed room.

“Was not pleased with this hotel, first to start. I had to pay more for a double bed room. Double bed were not all that clean and very poor customer service. Will never stay there again”

• There wasn't anything I liked about this hotel.
• Too far away from the area. there was only one queen bed when I asked about a room with two beds said I would have to pay extra.

“This is not a 2 star hotel. It barely meets a 1 star.”

• Other than general location, it had no redeeming qualities.
• Dirty, did not deliver as reserved and would not resolve.

“This place was a filthy dump that was over rated if given a single star. The staff was worthless. The reservation was not fulfilled as reserved.”

• Absolutely nothing.
• Everything! Too far away. Incompetent management.

“It does not qualify as a 2 1/2 star hotel. I felt absolutely no trust or safety. They refused to make arrangements for the two of us traveling together without us paying extra money. I understood that we were contracting for two and I told the people at Days Inn that I was traveling with my mother when I called them the day before departure. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. I would not stay there because I did not feel safe. I left the hotel and found one closer to where I needed to be. I would like my money refunded or credited to me.”

• The management, No customer service just about everything.

“Never have I been treated so badly. Harassed and disrespected. I will never use Days Inn for any of my traveling needs. I will pass this information to others about the negative experience.”

• I was not pleased with this hotel! Every where I went it smelled of cigarette smoke.
• The hotel does not smell clean. The smell of cigarette smoke is all over the hotel!

“The hotel beds are not very comfortable, the cable selection is horrible.”

• Easy access to the freeway.
• The smoke smell in our room was so bad you had to leave the window open and not use the blankets.

“I was booked in a smoking room and I wanted a non-smoking room. The smell was horrible. So bad, in fact, we canceled our two other days and only stayed the one night. There was no mention of the pool being closed until the end of May, which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.”
