“Do not let the Best Western name fool you! This dump is not a Best Western. It only took seconds to know, we could not stay in that room with our two small children. It reeked of cigarette smoke (all rooms non smoking? cough) and we could tell it was filthy without even looking up close. I always stay in less-expensive motels, but I wouldn't have stayed at that place for free! We stayed at a Travelodge up the street & it was a hundred times better!”

“Were to begin; It is not really a Best Western, it is a Traveler's Inn. The mattresses are an abomination. The door was filthy, the security lock was broken. The Internet connection was excellent. No refund after check in. No rates posted in AAA guide, hard to understand desk clerk. What was I thinking!! I paid 71 dollars with the AAA discount. It was worth 45 tops. Hope this review helps someone else to avoid this little trap!”

• The staff was friendly.
• It is a little run down the breakfast wasn't very good.

“The people were very nice but the hotel is run down and the decorations don't really match. I think they might have termites something was falling from the ceiling and there were ant things. The breakfast should have a little more to it. Most have now. They didn't check it and there isn't enough room. I realize $62 isn't a lot to pay and I'm not real fussy I just expected a little more from Best Western name.”

• It had a decent TV.
• There is not enough room. I'm sorry.

“This quaint, yet disgusting hotel has a semi friendly incompetent staff. They told us very kindly that your room is conveniently located about 3 feet from your car, so you don't have to carry your bags far. You know that gratifying relaxing feeling you get when you walk into a freshly cleaned room, with attractive amenities and soothing decor? Well you won't have to worry about that at this hotel. The rooms were not clean enough and same was the case with bathrooms. The cleaning crew is very irresponsible. The carpet is dark and it is hard to separate the soil and dead roaches from the sticking designer pattern. The walls consist of an out side residential brick. The lighting is very bad, but necessary to maintain the illusion of cleanliness. The toilet worked fine, except you had to hold the handle down for the complete flush. The shower was not working properly. You had to turn the heat as hot as it would go because by the time the fog got to your body it had dropped about 30 degrees.”

• It was much cleaner and better than I was expecting for a 2 star hotel.
• Mold behind the bathroom mirror was kind of gross.

“Overall, it was cleaner and nicer than I was expecting. The front desk was very friendly and helpful and they even left the pool open an hour later for us because we arrived late. I would say it was a great value. The only negative was it had a medicine cabinet behind the bathroom mirror, which I wish I hadn't looked at because it was filled with mold not visible unless you opened the cabinet. But other than that the room was immaculately clean, and I would definitely stay there again if I am in the area.”

• Good central location, friendly staff
• Decorations are a little bit outdated but it is very clean

“I love the location just a couple blocks from the court house in Provo. It is very convenient for visiting Provo. We stayed in a 3 bed room. It has the normal 2 beds and a small second bedroom plus the bathroom. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. My kids went swimming in their small pool. Good place for a family to stay without the bells and whistles.”
