• It was dirty and had things left in the room from the last visitor.

“The hotel was roomy but the hide a bed in the love seat was terrible.”

• Three double or queen beds was a plus.
• Bathrooms are in a deferred maintenance mode.

• The beds were decent. Close to downtown Provo.
• The rooms were very small. Could not open the closet door all the way secondary to bed in the way. Continental breakfast was horrible.

“Only 2 saving graces for this motel, the staff are very friendly and the beds were relatively comfortable. I had plenty of hot water for showers. In fact in my mothers room the bathroom faucet had no cold water. The rooms were very small, needed updating. I could not open the closet door all the way secondary to the bed being in the way. The bathrooms were even smaller. The stairs were in need of repair, could have easily tripped on the torn carpet covering the stair plus the stairs were not level, some slanting slightly down. Fortunately my parents had a room on the first floor. They would have never been able to manage the stairs safely. My elderly mother had a difficult time getting up the walkway due to high curb. No handicap acesss. The continental breakfast was awful. The vending machines did not work. The pool was void of water. But I did get free WiFi internet connection. I really would not choose this place again. I did not save any money either.”

• Very convenient, clean.
• It wasnt free. There is nothing I was unhappy with at all.

• Nothing.

“This place was a great stop for my family, the employees were very nice to us and we were treated well. The price was good for the Provo location. We stay in Provo a lot, and we save so much more than the Courtyard and get just as nice of a room with all the same amenities but for free.”

• Good price, great service, excellent continental breakfast, friendly folks.
• Smaller than expected room.

“We were looking for an economy room with a continental breakfast and located right in the city of Provo. For our intended needs, it was great.”

• They charged an extra $10 for the extra bed, I called ahead I have never paid that before.

“Older and they charged $10 extra for the other bed which I have never had to pay before.”

• I didn't like it.
• It was a very poor hotel.

“This hotel was very small and they didn't give us the room we asked for with the right size bed me and my spouse had to sleep on a full size bed and the bathroom wasn't even equipped for someone to stay in it. I didn't like me stay with them and I would never recommend it to anyone.”

• It was just ok. Nothing stands out that I liked.
• Beds were hard, Decor very dated, vanity and shower etc, old, but clean.

“Disappointed with the bed hard. It was clean but as I said very dated. The breakfast was not desirable. Stale donuts, some cold cereal, big bowls of canned pears or peaches, limited but I guess for 2- star we were happy to have something. Location was good to where we needed to be.”

• No butter or jam for bagels, the only bread they served.

“Bathrooms very small but clean. The stairs were slanted and seemed dangerous. We were up stairs and stayed 10 days didn't like stairs.”

• It was disgusting.

“I have never doubted that I would get quality service and a decent hotel. This was the first time that I was disappointed, extremely disappointed. This hotel was so bad that I couldn't even stay there. I had to go down the street to stay at another hotel. So I ended up paying for three days at a hotel that I could not even stay in. The place was not only disgusting, but clearly in an unsafe area. Being a single woman traveling on my own, I have to consider my safety as well. I cannot afford to pay for your choice of hotel only to find out that I am going to have to pay some where else too. I am not a happy customer right now.”

• Had a pool that my son loved.
• No fridge, no microwave, no iron.

“Room in general was very small. The bathrooms were tiny and so were the closets. The room only had one outlet which made it difficult getting ready in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with more than 1 person.”

• Unsafe, unclean, no internet, terrible conditions.

• It was easy to find, comfortable.
• The parking area, sidewalks, stairs were icy not well kept, not good for seniors, they put seniors upstairs.

“The rooms were small, and clean, easy to find and a quaint place for a one night stay, I was frustrated that the parking area was icy, the side walks and stairways were snowy and icy. It was a little scary for an elderly person to navigate and difficult to get up stairs.”

• Clean, friendly staff had the minimum items I required for a quick over night stay.
• The carpet seemed to be an industrial, rough kind of carpet. Okay, but not real comfortable.

“For the price we paid the hotel was very adequate and just what we expected. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower had hot water. There was enough room for us and it was great for the amount of time we spent in it and the money we paid.”
