• It was close to our destination.
• I asked if there was wireless internet in the room and he said yes. But there wasn't any internet at all that I could find.

“When we first stepped into our non smoking room, it smelled bad. The bathroom did not have a clean feeling. One of the towels behind the door was dirty. The baseboard was dirty. We had stayed there once before and thought it was ok. This time it was not. We immediately went back to the check in and checked out. Went across the street to a different motel that was much nicer.”

• The room was large.
• Everything else I did not like.

“The place was run-down looking with untold amounts of dog poop all over by the trees and around the sidewalks. The room was large but old and run down. We were up almost all night because the floors are so cricket and noisy that whoever was over us was up all night walking around and all we heard was constant noise. The old fridge was so noisy we had to unplug it to try and sleep and I finally had to turn the water off on the toilet to sleep because it would not quit noisily leaking constantly all night. The continental breakfast was a messy joke with nothing good to eat. Overall I rate this place as very poor and hardly got any sleep. I would never go here again and would suggest to anyone needing a good sleep to avoid it.”

• It stank. Spiders and holes around the air-conditioner.

• Location was good for downtown Provo and freeway access.
• "Non smoking" rooms smelled strongly of smoke, building looked rundown, stairways cracked, needs a facelift.

“Excellent location for downtown Provo and freeway access. Rooms large with kitchenette. Good choice if you don't want to spend a lot of money on accommodations. Weather was hot, upwards to 90 degrees and the pool was covered, so the pool was not accessible which was unfortunate. Outside appearance of property was a bit rundown, needs paint, repair to stairs and stairways, common area room in need of renovation.”

• Location and the waffles for breakfast--and that they would leave the room alone at our request.
• Not enough hangars (only 5), with NONE extra to give us.

“We also liked the free local phone calls and large refrigerator. We also didn't like the somewhat rundown room, sometimes lack and slowness of hotel staff (breakfast announced from 6:30 to 10 am., but front desk wasn't even out nor breakfast by 6:30, and he was slow putting it out--leaving the waffle batter to almost last). My biggest rub was lack of hangars (only 5!); we had to go get more elsewhere on our own.”
