• It was very clean.

“It was in a great location to where we needed to be the next day. I liked the fact that the front desk called as soon as we got into the room to see if everything was satisfactory and if we needed anything. That's customer service.”

“I checked in at midnight, the first room they gave me the bed had pillows turned over and sheets were down like someone slept in it. The second room the door was wide open and an open bottle of water and cup was on the nightstand, The third room was ok but felt like I was in the closet.”

• Breakfast area small and very crowded. Had to eat standing up.

• Great location, close to freeway, shopping and restaurants.
• The tub and shower didn't look or feel clean.

“Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I needed to stay longer than originally planned. The staff was very kind in working with me so I could stay in my same room and had all I needed. I would stay here again.”

• What makes a hotel special for me is the reception you receive when you check in and during your stay. I felt very welcomed!
• The entrance was a little unusual. The hotel is behind a Krispy Creme Donut Shop.

“The Hotel was clean and spacious, I used the exercise room, all of the machines worked! In hotels that is an amazing thing. Emilee the person at the front desk, is a great asset to this hotel, she was warm and welcoming and went the extra mile to grant my requests. I would stay at this hotel again in the future. Good job Fairfield Inn, Utah! See you soon, Dolores.”
