• The bed was comfy. The decor was contemporary.
• Limited breakfast selection. Beds were too small.

• The room was clean and well-designed.

“We really liked this hotel and will probably stay there again. The only things we didn't like was that we weren't given the king bedroom and the breakfasts were very sparsely provided and they were always running out of food.”

• Convenient, had good experiences here before.
• Expensive for what we got, dirty, TV with no reception.

“We were put in a handicapped room (closet bar was too low to hang my dress, no tub) and asked to be changed. The first room was also dirty and the TV was all snowy in the second room.”

• Friendly, helpful desk clerks, new pillow top mattresses, good & large continental breakfast.
• There is a daily charge for refrigerator/microwave. These items are included in many hotels.

“Hotel room is attractively decorated with very comfortable new pillow top mattresses. Complimentary breakfast was good with many choices. Office staff is efficient and helpful. Nice pool and Jacuzzi. Adequate parking space.”

• A rude guest in the hallway.

“Very nice. Pool was great and they whirlpool was very nice. Spacious and clean rooms with nice bedding. Really great stay.”

• Room sizes, appearance of the rooms were good.
• Staff at this motel need better training on there elevators. Our kids were stuck in it for over and hour which was hard stressful for us.

“Hotel was good but the staff needs to be better trained on there elevators. 3 children were stuck in the elevator for over 1 hour. Elevator was very hot and no air was going into them. The rooms were good and clean.”

• Big plasma TV's and bright fancy colrs, art deco.
• No business center.

“A new concept in design. The hotel is on top of a hill overlooking a beautiful lake and mountains. The Wal-Mart is behind it down the hill and there are huge plasma TV's, free big breakfast.”

• Like the remodeling.
• Did not like being put in a handicap room, especially since the hotel wasn't full.

“Didn't appreciate after checking in finding out that the hot tub/swim pool area was under construction. That is one of the reasons I booked that hotel. Where the eating tables for the breakfast are located which are directly across from the automatic doors, that if someone walked in front of the doors (which was frequent) they would open and let the cold come in. It was cold/snowy out. Very uncomfortable. Didn't appreciate being in a handicap room when we were not in need of one and the hotel wasn't full, other than these minor things we enjoyed our stay.”

• The Staff was very helpful.
• My wife would have liked the pool to open earlier.

“Our stay was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife would have liked to have the indoor pool open before 10AM. She also would have liked to see a scale in the fitness room. I would recommend this hotel.”

• Waffles in the continental breakfast.
• Nothing.

“We just needed a place to stay for a funeral and this place was great for our needs. We were comfortable and the maid was really nice. We didn't talk to anyone else that worked there. Nice job”

• Pool should open at least by 8:00 am for travels with children.

“We were treated well; the staff was pleasant and helpful. I felt like the hotel seem like it would be more expensive. We were very pleased. We plan on staying there again.”
