• Loved the area. Possible retirement option.
• Can't think of anything.

“It was clean, breakfast area and the lady that took care of that was nice and friendly. I would recommend it to anyone traveling in that area and absolutely would stay again myself.”

• Bathroom was larger with nice countertop.
• Breakfast selection was disappointing.

“We liked the location, as it was away from the freeway. The room was comfortable enough and the bathroom was nicely appointed with larger than usual granite style countertop. The breakfast could use more selections.”

• Was easy to find.
• I asked for a late checkout and no one was there to approve for the front desk clerk. They did not even ask how my stay was at check out.

“Pool area was nice. This is an older hotel, rooms were clean, however, beds were very hard. So sleeping was not easy. Many sirens to hear down the road. liked the microwave and refrigerator in the room. Staff was not the most friendly or helpful, and no mgr on duty for a late check out request on a Sunday morning will not stay there again. Was not worth the charge for 1 night.”

• Bugs in room, hotel would not admit.
• Same as above, their solution we will spray the room. While we are in it.

• Appearance, clean, well run, friendly staff, location, exercise room, frig/microwave in room.
• In exercise room, weight machine cables too worn to work well.

“Best Western is a great discovery for seasoned, senior travelers, if they want a good hotel at a reasonable price. The hotel offers several standard amenities not available at other local hotels unless one hikes the room price $10 or more: microwave and refrigerator. Travelers also will love the exercise room.”

• Considering that the place I was doing business was not "the best location" the place of this hotel was well positioned.
• The shower noise from the room above, I was up early anyway so though loud it did not bother me.

“Best Western's are always so nice and clean, the rooms where comfortable. The location of the hotel was great considering the area - which I was pleased about being a lone female. I will definitely stay again next time I am in town on business. I did notice a pool and Jacuzzi that looked very inviting unfortunately I never had time to use them. It was also close to the highway, banks, stores and places to eat which was another plus.”

• Clean and safe in kind of a remote area.
• Their staff was confused, tried to charge me for my room and did charge the family.

“Clean and efficient motel/hotel in a remote desert area off the freeway. Very clean, friendly cleaning and maintenance staff. Breakfast room nice, a little fresh fruit would have been nice. Even though they knew of my conflict, they went ahead and charged my friends for their room. Hopefully they will get the credit back ASAP...So nice place to stay.”
