• The location.
• Old bedding.

“Nice location for a 2 star hotel. no restaurants nearby.”

• Clean, convenient, simple.
• Clerks spoke with foreign accent.

“For a clean stay with light traffic, low noise, easy access to freeways within 3 minute drive.”

• Great shower.
• Toilet was too low and mattresses were incredibly poor.

“At the very least, I expect a decent night's sleep but their mattresses were so cheap and worn that they had a valley in the middle. It was like trying to sleep on a hill. The bedspread they used was nylon/plastic and didn't breathe. It made us hot so we took it off - then we felt a little cool. I was afraid we'd have to drive around to the office to get help. While we were struggling with that, the guy from the next room over said he had the same trouble with his door. The toilet was so low! We're full-sized adults- not children.”

I had to swtich rooms because of roach issues and the manager made it seem like we were lying and was rude abou the situation!”

• On a major road that made it easy to get to.
• TV bad, beds hard, carpet stained, undesireable clientelle.

“This hotel seemed a little below our standards of cleanliness, but the clerk was very friendly. I hope on future bids that this one doesn't end up as the winning bid.”
