• Young lady working by herself in breakfast area did an excellent job.
• Trouble with air conditioner and no heat lamp in bathroom as well as no working exhaust fan in bathroom.

“Would not recommend this hotel. Not worth the nightly charge.”

• Good parking.
• Pool looked dirty and uninviting, need to be redone.

“An OK place to explore the Sedona Valley area from. The pool needs to be redone. The included breakfast is OK. The rooms are OK. The place is just OK.”

• The room is clean and quite comfortable.
• The staff is not helpful at all.

“I do not recommend this inn at all. I had requested for a standard room with 2 queen size beds. But the staff gave me a king size standard room. I was traveling with my boy friend and sister, how can we stay in a bed, which is not what I asked for. The staff was not friendly and helpful at all. I will never go to that place again.”

• Side door needs repair.

“I had a great stay! The view was great, the staff was very helpful, knew all the local attractions. The free breakfast was awesome. I will be staying here again next year for sure!”

• Location was better than expected. Breakfasts were excellent.

“Excellent small hotel well located for us, which meant convenience to many hiking areas. Complimentary continental breakfasts were excellent.”

“I reserved a room with 2 double bed. I arrived at 2:30pm to check-in. They said that there was only smoking room available for that kind of room. Later we ended up with a King size bed room for non smoker.”

• Receptionist made us so welcome.
• The roadwork's outside.

“We were made so welcome by the wonderful receptionist. She advised us where to eat and provided discount coupons. The rooms were spacious and clean. Altogether a wonderful stay in spite of the weather.”

“We reported that one of the lights was not functioning properly, the issue was never addressed during our stay. The hotel is far from the downtown. Rest is all fine.”

“The price is due to the location. Not impressive, but it did the job. Continental breakfast weak. It wasn't bad, but it just wasn't good either.”

• Reasonable location near some scenic view stops and chapel of the holy cross.
• Dirty and dated rooms, stained carpet, faint cigarette smoke smell.

“I do not recommend staying here unless this motel's small price advantage is critically important. The motel is located in a reasonably convenient location near several scenic areas. Major tourist areas are a short drive away. The second floor was closed for much needed remodeling. The first floor rooms were extremely dated. The carpeting was stained in multiple areas and there were dirty smudges on the white closet doors. The rooms and towels smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was large and clean. There was a lot of debris in the pool. The included breakfast was lackluster but adequate. This motel did not compare favorably with other two star motels in the area. I would not stay here again.”

“Location was very handy to freeway, and Sedona attractions. Area was under construction, so was difficult to get in and out. Otherwise pleased with our stay.”

• They over billed my credit card for an additional day.

“I provided proof to Danni at the front desk showing the additional day was pre paid and was assured I would not be billed. When I returned home I discovered I was billed for the additional day. I called immediately and was told there would be a credit issued and it has not happened. I was given a canned response from someone located overseas. I do not like businesses that outsource jobs to other countries for the sake of getting slave labor.”

• Clean and recently remolded, new bedspreads, nice view of red rocks from some rooms.
• On the last day, I noticed a strong odor of cigarettes from the main lobby. Why? Is the Sunday staff too lazy to walk outside to smoke?

“Overall, it was much better than I expected for 2 stars. However, the breakfast room could stand to be much bigger, because it was always crowded. Whatever is causing the cigarette smell in the front lobby needs to go away. The first few days it wasn't there, but on Sunday the staff must be too lazy to step outside for a smoke.”

• The room was comfortable.
• The pool was dirty, the spa was broken, they ran out of food at breakfast.

“I would not go back to this hotel. It was too far out of town, the pool was dirty, and the spa was broken. The breakfast was good, but they ran out of food while I was there. We were very disappointed.”
