  • Beautiful location.
  • Poor front desk attitude.

“Overall stay was good.”

  • Nothing.
  • Timeshare employees were more interested in selling us a timeshare.

“At first the hotel seemed okay because of the nice location. Although after checking in, the employees spent the next 30 minutes trying to sell me a timeshare. Meanwhile, my wife and baby were in the car waiting for me as explained to the hostess. This would have been okay, except the room was sub par with aged furniture and far from the only working Jacuzzi and pool (the other ones were not working). Also, because this was a timeshare anything additional (such as cleaning service) was charged at $25/day.”

  • Has a great appearance.
  • Too far away from the "uptown" area.

“This resort is surrounded by awesome scenery. If you have trouble with your knees, this is not the place to go, as there are several stairs to climb/descend to get to the room (no elevator). If you get the discounted rate, you will not get daily cleaning service.”

Cleanliness:[5] • Staff:[6] • Location:[5]

  • The front desk staff was very friendly.
  • The room was not nearly as nice as I expected, no real views, they charge you for internet service, the gift shop was silly. Overpriced.

“They tried to sell us a time share and were very pushy and almost desperate for a sale. They held us hostage for over 2 hours and gave us absolutely no information to take with us. Actually, they took it all out of my husbands hand when we tried to leave. The whole event screamed "scam" to me. The upper pool is out of commission. There is a huge hike to the other pool from all but maybe 12 rooms and they wouldn't let us stay in any of those. Most rooms do not have a view unless you are willing to crane your neck.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[8] • Location:[6]

  • Cleanliness of grounds and accommodations.
  • High pressure sales pitch to get you to buy a timeshare.

“Right on a nice golf course with clean surroundings and a fair amount of privacy.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[1] • Location:[4]

  • Very nice room even though it was studio.
  • Pushy and rude staff. Trying to sell time shares.

“I have stayed in much nicer places with an excellent staff for far less money. Asked for 1st floor and by the pool. They said yes. When we got to the room we were on the second floor nowhere near the pool. ”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[9] • Location:[9]

  • Close to golf course.
  • The kitchen had a broken utensil (wine cork remover).

“Close to the highway, yet far enough to see the red rock. Major restaurant close by (coquina rustic) that you can walk to.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[6] • Location:[7]

  • Nice facilities, great layout with well maintained grounds.
  • Room is cheaply appointed.

“Nice location in southern Sedona, though it is a decent drive to downtown. The staff was very nice though the rooms are cheaply appointed with no fireplace or bathtub (both are listed on the website).”
