• Bed was very uncomfortable.

“Very irritated that the room that was booked for 3 could only occupy two people, Then I was charged an extra fee after I arrived so that my daughter would have somewhere to sleep.”

• Location was good for why I was there.
• Wireless internet was great in the lobby, was terrible in the room.

• The front desk person was nice.
• Internet access was spotty, and pool was empty.

“If you are looking for access to the internet, plan on low speed access, and having to sign in over and over again. The internet access at the restaurant next door was more reliable.”

• View of the Temple Building from my room
• No outside door locks for security.

“It was moderate comfort. There was a dingy feeling in it even though it seemed clean. The pool area was nice but chilly, must be hard to heat. Parking lot and sidewalks were icy and needed additional care.”

• Clean and we were given a king room as requested.
• Walls were very thin.

“We got pretty much what we expected. We were not able to get anything else in the area. I'm not fond of 2 stars, the towels are thin and they are older facilities.”

• Rexburg is a small town. Just glad this was an option.
• I did my own housekeeping, no consistency in service.

“Day 1, everything looked great. Day 2, note left in room "No dry towels, we'll bring them when dry -- never received. "Day 3, Bed remade (Notice : sheets haven't been changed yet.) We had to remove trash and ask front desk for vacuum. What? He actually gave it to me so I could do the work! Day 4, Bed kind of made (Notice : sheets not changed yet.) Again, had to remove trash. Didn't bother to ask for vacuum cleaner today. Day 5, Again, room 1/2 cleaned. Spoke with supervisor, housekeeper said she had vacuumed, but she lied. Hotel blankets still unfolded on floor sheets never changed. Sad, Day 6, So happy to be out of there.”

• Was not able to get a 2nd double bed, rollaway was uncomfortable.

“Hotel was ok. Rollaway very uncomfortable. The office's card reader was malfunctioning, and the employees could not put me in another room with 2 double beds.”

• It was clean and quiet.
• The smell of chlorine was everywhere and it burned your eyes.

“The hotel was conveniently located. The pool and hot tub were very nice and the continental breakfast was done very well.”

• Chlorine overpowering, Light bulbs unavailable.

“If you have to go to Rexburg ID, this is a place to stay. The indoor pool is a hit with little kids, but the air is heavy with the odor of chlorine. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. And the staff while friendly enough, was unable to find a working light bulb.”

“Run down hotel - dated to 1980's - Used to be very good and clean. Needs a through cleaning. Needs major repair work and cleaning.”

• Nice, comfortable rooms, and the indoor pool was good.
• Some of the entrances need to be repaired.

“We had a good stay, the hotel is really nice, with a big indoor pool and Jacuzzi. The staff was also really friendly, and the location was very close to BYU-I.”

• Convenience.
• Manager at the front desk was rude and not friendly at all.

“The hotel was nice, I would stay there again. The front desk manager was not friendly, she had a waiting for about 5 minutes when we were checking in while she was on the phone without even acknowledging that we were there. She wanted to close up the pool and hot tub early while we were relaxing in the hot tub.”

• It was convenient and ok for a one night stay.
• Noisy inside, not outside noise.

“It was adequately clean and presentable. Had the noise from the heater in the room and the all night thumping not been there I would rate the hotel higher.”

• Good breakfast, nice pillows, lobby computer.
• Outdated decor; small above ground hot tub, not friendly staff.

“We had an enjoyable stay. The decor of the hotel was a little dated. It was convenient for the location and purpose of our stay. Good breakfast, clean and quiet rooms. Pool and hot tub were nice indoors because Rexburg is so cold. There was ice blocking the door going out of the hall from our room, so it wouldn't close all way. I kept trying for three days to get the price I wanted. I had no problems with room. The beds were a little hard, but had good linens. Lots of channels on the cable TV. Used the computer in the lobby.”
