• Continental breakfast.
• Was not able to get a 2nd double bed, rollaway was uncomfortable.

“Hotel was ok. Rollaway very uncomfortable. The office's card reader was malfunctioning, and the employees could not put me in another room with 2 double beds.”

• It was clean and quiet.
• The smell of chlorine was everywhere and it burned your eyes.

“The hotel was conveniently located. The pool and hot tub were very nice and the continental breakfast was done very well.”

• Location.
• Chlorine overpowering, Light bulbs unavailable.

“If you have to go to Rexburg ID, this is a place to stay. The indoor pool is a hit with little kids, but the air is heavy with the odor of chlorine. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. And the staff while friendly enough, was unable to find a working light bulb.”

• Dirty - Needed a good cleaning inside and out.

“Run down hotel - dated to 1980's - Used to be very good and clean. Needs a through cleaning. Needs major repair work and cleaning.”

• Nice, comfortable rooms, and the indoor pool was good.
• Some of the entrances need to be repaired.

“We had a good stay, the hotel is really nice, with a big indoor pool and Jacuzzi. The staff was also really friendly, and the location was very close to BYU-I.”

• Convenience.
• Manager at the front desk was rude and not friendly at all.

“The hotel was nice, I would stay there again. The front desk manager was not friendly, she had a waiting for about 5 minutes when we were checking in while she was on the phone without even acknowledging that we were there. She wanted to close up the pool and hot tub early while we were relaxing in the hot tub.”

• It was convenient and ok for a one night stay.
• Noisy inside, not outside noise.

“It was adequately clean and presentable. Had the noise from the heater in the room and the all night thumping not been there I would rate the hotel higher.”

• Good breakfast, nice pillows, lobby computer.
• Outdated decor; small above ground hot tub, not friendly staff.

“We had an enjoyable stay. The decor of the hotel was a little dated. It was convenient for the location and purpose of our stay. Good breakfast, clean and quiet rooms. Pool and hot tub were nice indoors because Rexburg is so cold. There was ice blocking the door going out of the hall from our room, so it wouldn't close all way. I kept trying for three days to get the price I wanted. I had no problems with room. The beds were a little hard, but had good linens. Lots of channels on the cable TV. Used the computer in the lobby.”

• Roll away bed was lousy.

“The hotel was great. I called the hotel early in the week before our stay to make sure that we had four rooms reserved. There were only two, and they were in two different names. I had to reserve two more (fortunately they were available) and am now wondering if we will be double billed.”

• Very close to my activities. Very clean.
• There was nothing that I disapproved of.

• It was clean and quiet, was convenient to everything, and had a good breakfast bar. Staff was competent and friendly.
• Towels needed fabric softener or something.

“This hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms were quiet. Everything was in good repair. The pillows were new, soft and comfortable. The continental breakfast was delicious, and it included fresh fruit. A frontier pie is directly across the parking lot, and is a good place to eat.”

• It was convenient to the college.
• Bed frames were not attached so they bumped into the wall when you sat on bed.

• The pool area was fun and convenient.
• My nonsmoking room smelled of smoke and the desk clerk was far from helpful.

“The motel was fine, no major problems. The clerk did not seem too concerned about helping us. We had reserved a room with two beds and were given a room with only one bed. The clerk did not seem too concerned about making it right.”
