• There was a continental breakfast included.
• The sign did not face the street and it was hard to find even though it is on a main street.

“The first room we received was a smoking kitchenette. As we arrived very late in the evening we had to stay there. Then the AC did not work! So there was no air flow in the stale, cigarette tainted room, nor was it cool enough to sleep. The beds were covered with very old and uncomfortable pillows and sheet - they seemed dingy. All kitchen and bath surfaces were so old they seemed dirty. It was the most uncomfortable room I've ever been in. We were able to switch room but not until 3 pm the next day. After a night of restless sleep it was very hard to enjoy our surroundings. The second room was a breath of fresh air. It smelled nice, bedding was comfortable and the surfaces were clean and well kept and it had a brand new AC unit. It was like a different hotel all together.”

• Had refrigerator and roomy.
• Some suspicious looking/acting men.

“We had a concern about the men a few doors down. We arrived late (after 11pm) and they were going in and out of their room, leaving their door open etc. We asked the woman on duty and she said they were their construction workers, but we didn't see any construction going on around the hotel. Everything else was great. The room was non-smoking and didn't smell at all like smoke. Nice room!”

“First off, the location of the hotel when not paying attention can be easily missed. The best part of it was the fact that the hotel was located in a convenient location from the highway to shopping. The hotel wasnt bad for being a 2 star you can only accept so much.”

• Staff was wonderful.
• Ended up with smoking room and smell was over powering.

“Non smoking rooms were fine. Smoking room was horrible. Smell in curtains, sheets and pillows.”

• The price was great! Loved the king sized bed and hot tub in the room.
• Our room had ants in it and the check out guy refused to give us any discount for this.

“The room appeared nice, loved the king sized bed and hot tub in the room. The pool area was good for us. However, our room had ants and a bag of popcorn we had was infested with them in the morning. When I asked for some kind of compensation for this the guy at the front desk refused to do so. This was quite upsetting. If I could be promised a room without an aunt problem, I'd stay here again because the price was very nice for the accommodations provided.”

• It was old and dirty. There was a spilled pop on bedside table left unlearned. Carpet was dirty.

• Free wireless internet.
• Breakfast room messy.

“I was pleasantly surprised by some of the services. I didn't expect wireless internet or much beyond a muffin for breakfast, but I got internet and a hot meal.”

• Friendliness.
• 20 miles off the interstate.

“We were late coming in yet our room was waiting for us and the staff was very informative and accommodating. Highly recommend for clean, low cost room.”

• It was clean and inexpensive.
• The shower did not work. The desk clerk was unaware of the problem and unable to fix it.

“The hotel was clean and nice for the star level. We had one fairly major difficulty, however. We were in Logan for my son's scholarship audition, and when he got up in the morning to shower and get ready for his audition, we discovered that although there was a shower-head in the tub, there was no way to turn it on. We called the desk, and the girl came over but was unable to find a way to turn it on. She did unlock a second, handicapped bathroom in the room. It had a shower, but it was a handheld one, and very inconvenient to use. My son ended up taking a bath instead of a shower. Had I known of the shower situation, I would not have stayed at this hotel.”

• Staff was very good about letting us have our service dog in room.
• Plumbing drains were slow to drain. Internet service weak.

“Great stay with wonderful staff. Rooms were clean and a very good value for the dollar. Good location to city quite rooms. All and all highly recommended.”

• The staff was great. The room was very cozy and nicely decorated. It had a great in-room double jetted-tub.
• Because of the jetted-tub, it would have been nice to have a window that would open to get rid of all the humidity in the air.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was well kept and clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was updated and nicely furnished. Each room had a small refrigerator & micro-wave. Our room also had a double jetted-tub, which was really nice. The hotel also provided a free continental breakfast and newspaper each morning. There was also access to the Internet in the hotel lobby. It was a place I would go to again.”
