“Simply great hotel. This is a Quality Inn & Suites, no longer a Ramada. We have stayed at many hotels throughout my travels, this one goes to the top with others. Not only does it look fresh and clean from from the outside, the rooms and courtyard pool are as well. We had a great time, hope we get a reason to come stay their again.”

“Our family's experience at the Quality Inn & Suites was great. From the minute we walked in we felt like they appreciated us being there. The desk agents were very helpful with dinner ideas and directions. The rooms are all suites with kitchens so the extra space helped the family stay comfortable! Pool and hot tub were perfect! We were very impressed with breakfast each morning too! Thank you to them all for making our first visit to Mesa very impressive! My son took some pictures with his cell phone and up loaded them. Hope this helps.”

“This is a Quality Inn & Suites, I don't know why it says a Ramada. This was the second time that our family stayed in Mesa and the second time we chose to stay at the Quality Inn & Suites. The manager and staff made the experience very enjoyable. The facility was very clean and looked refreshed. The staff made the guests feel welcomed. Thanks Quality Inn & Suites for a wonderful stay. We will be back!”

“We were so happy to find a clean, attractive hotel in Mesa. The hotel was immaculate and the staff pleasant and helpful. There was a wedding party while we were there! The pool was clean and the fitness room also.”

“The hotel was clean, comfortable and recently remolded. The continental breakfast was lean, but it was satisfying. I enjoyed the suite (which I was not expecting).”

“Don't stay here. Bad. Dirty, and they inconvenience you all the time. Owner very rude, and mean. Not a way to run a business. Go somewhere else, please!”

“This is an awful place to stay. Would not even replace a light in the bathroom. They came into the room 3 times moving furniture, what an inconvenience. They were varnishing in the adjoining room and had to be moved to another disgusting room. Cigarette butts on the floor, dirty linen. Was harassed by a stranger while walking dogs, come to find out it was the owner of the place. All in all I wouldn't let my dog stay there again. Called the fire department for violations, like outlet covers off, stairwells blocked by furniture. Please, please, don't stay here!”

“Hotel staff had difficulties communicating technically and in English. Wireless internet and high speed wire connection did not work. Room had a full kitchen but no dishes, utensils or pans. No extra towels were available. No TV in the bedroom. Breakfast bar had a 15 minute wait for a single waffle griddle and was very limited.”

“The hotel staff was friendly. The location of the hotel was convenient. The night clerk did not respond timely to a request to remove a disruptive, loud guest/visitor at 0200 in the morning. This was very traumatic for my 8 year old son. The hotel should ensure that guests are given opportunities to rest and relax.”
