• The staff at check in was friendly.
• The coffee maker in my room didn't work, neither did the TV remote.

• Good location for my needs.
• The room with vending machines was not very clean.

“Everything in the room was in working order, the bed was comfy and the room was quiet. Having a microwave and small fridge in the room was unexpected, but nice to have.”

• Free breakfast.
• They charged us extra for a non smoking room even though it said it was only a nonsmoking facility.

“I called the day before to make sure my room had two double beds and they mentioned that the rate I got was for a smoking room with one bed and that I would have to pay extra for a nonsmoking room and extra for two beds even though he had availability. The hotel pool and sauna was closed due to renovations. The hot waffles advertised were frozen waffles that you put in the toaster to warm up. The second morning there wasn't enough hot water. We will not stay there again.”

• Everything, it was not at all what I expected.

“I wouldn't recommend taking a star off of this hotels rating. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. There was dust, dirt and dirty linens in the room. They didn't supply any toilet paper. We were yelled. I have never stayed in a worse hotel and I have family in the hotel industry. This was in one word a dump!”

“I will never stay at this hotel again. In fact, it is unlikely I will use Days Inn again. The facility is dirty, hot and the non-smoking room smelled of smoke. The breakfast is a joke.”

• Reasonable price and location considering holiday.
• Requested two beds several times prior to arrival. When we checked in we were put in a room with one bed.

“Hotel just seemed dirty. Carpet was worn and/or stained. Pool was dirty. Seems to me 2 star has fewer amenities, not lower quality.”

• We ended up with a Jacuzzi suite when we didn't request it.
• The comforter and other furniture were dirty. The walls were very thin.

“Not a very quiet hotel, thin walls. The suite was a pretty nice room especially since we didn't request a suite. Nice, warm indoor pool. The room was a bit dirty. Comfortable beds.”

• Non-smoking, Good location. Courteous desk clerk. Clean room.
• Weeds and chipped paint in front entrance and weeds in the back Bed was hard.

“My wife and I were pleasantly surprised for a 2 star hotel. Room was clean. It was surprisingly quiet so close to the Freeway. We liked it bringing a non-smoking hotel. Towels were soft. The outside had weeds and chipped paint but overall, we would stay there again.”

• The room was very attractive. The staff was very friendly.
• Too far away from my destination.

“The hotel seemed to be good for families. The pool and Jacuzzi were nice. The breakfast was fine. No fruit was provided. I like fresh fruit in the morning. The help was great. They were very customer friendly.”

• Close to thanksgiving point.
• Desk clerk would only give us one key.

“This was a fine standard room. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was not really a "hot" breakfast, but had muffins, pre-made waffles that you put in the toaster, cold cereal, and bagels. Overall, our stay was nice.”

• Rooms were very clean and the staff was very hospital.

“The hotel had a very welcoming foyer and check-in was very hassle free. Our room was comfortable and clean. We picked the hotel because of the pool and it wasnt up to expectations. The walls had black mold and there was mild in the hot tub, the pool was ice cold. For such a nice overall it is sad the pool area was like this.”

• Nothing being able to leave the next morning.
• Dirty, bathroom ceiling fan hanging down. No hot water, very bad breakfast, just overall it was the worst.

“If you want to stay in a trashy hotel. This is the one for you. It was very bad and filthy. I would never recommend the hotel to anyone. In fact, I would have demanded a discount when overlooking everything else, I got in the shower and it was very cold.”

• Rough towels & noisy.

“This hotel was average. The rooms were clean. The towels were like sandpaper. The garbage outside were overfilled both days we were there. I take sleeping pills with me, thank goodness because I think there was a baseball team there jumping up and down on the floor above and yelling throughout the hallways all night long. Should have complained to the front desk, but doubted they would have cared. The second night was much quieter. It was just average, and probably wouldn't stay there again. Could have stayed somewhere nicer for the same price.”

• The room was excellent. Room and well priced. Good location.
• Lobby, hallways were cramped. Couldn't get the hide-a-bed to work.

“My non-smoking room smelled of smoke. I requested a new room after the first night. That did nothing. The second day we had no maid service. We got back to our room at 10:00 pm and our room was just as we left it that morning. We had to call to get some clean towels.”
