• Friendly service, good location.
• Pool and hot tub very small.

“I was charged twice, once by you and once by the hotel, the staff at the hotel fixed the problem the same day I called to tell them about it, very helpful.”

• The spa.
• They had roaches, molded pillows and some staff was very rude.

“I would not ever recommend this hotel to any one. Some of the staff was rude. There was mold on one of the pillows. It was so bad that I even filled out their questionnaire and turned it in. I would never stay there again.”

• The hotel was in a central location in Mesa.
• The quality of the room and service was poor.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. The rooms were not very clean and the hotel staff was very rude when I asked for service. They were not helpful in any way. I requested a king-size bed and they gave me 2 double beds. They did not try to comprimise in anyway or try to make my stay any better. My overall experience rating would be a ZERO!”
