• The location was the best part about the hotel.
• Dirty and run down, hard beds.

• It had an iron and an ironing board.
• the smoking, hard bed, dirty, scary, I did not feel safe at all.

“If there was any way I could have gotten my money back or stayed somewhere else, we would have. Since people stay there for extended periods of time, I feel the daily up keep found in most hotels is not up to a proper standard. The Carpets were dirty, paint chipped and the whole area smelled of smoke even though we were in a no smoking room.”

• Handicap room was clean and had a comfortable bed.
• Daily maid service not included. No cooking utensils.

“Kitchen was clean and had adequate dishes. The handicap room was well laid out and bathroom very accommodating. Daily maid service not provided but refresh service is available for $ 3.00 a day. Very basic but adequate.”

• It has a kitchenette.
• Carpet was very dirty and so was the chair, should have paid less for it.

“This is a good economical place if you are planning an extended stay over 2 or 3 days. The hotel has a lot of potential if there was some cleaning done - carpet - but serves the purpose of a place to eat and sleep.”

• It was not comfortable at all.

“The hotel was not clean. The beds were hard and small. This is a short term apartment complex. So its like your room had renters in it and they didn't take care of it. I would not recomend this hotel at all. The star rating was way overrated. This is a low budget complex.”

• Rooms were attractive, had mini kitchen.
• Lack of continental breakfast, bed not very comfortable.

“Convenient location, plenty of places around to eat, but heating of room was tricky, either too hot or cold, and comfort of room was not very good.”

• For our purposes, the location was good.
• Smelly, dirty.

“The hotel itself wouldn't have been too bad if it were not so smelly and dirty. There are no amenities, not even a once a day renew your towels, make your bed. We had to pay an additional charge per room per night to get a second bed so that father and teenage daughter could stay in same room.”

• Kitchenette in room was great if we were staying for any length of time.
• Beds extremely uncomfortable, only one elevator, desk closed at 11pm - unimpressed!

“The first impression was when I walked into the lobby to check in and there was a cage closed over the desk with a sign that said office hours 7am - 11pm. We were late check-in and it felt almost unsafe to be checking in under a cage! There was only one elevator no matter what floor or entrance you came in. Inconvenient especially with two children and traveling in the middle of the night. The room was adorable with the kitchenette! Major Plushe beds were completely uncomfortable like cardboard. It was not a restful night sleep. It would be nice to know that this chain of hotels are not going to be available any longer.”

• This hotel had a kitchen in the room that was convenient for feeding younger children.
• The bed felt a little bit hard.

“This hotel was very nice. This is an older hotel but the room was clean and well taken care of. I liked the kitchen in the room. It was close to a busy road but we could not hear any noise from the road in our room.”
