• Accommodated our late (3:00 a.m.) arrival because of the train delay. Very cordial.

“Because of late arrival and early departure we did not stay long, but accommodations were quite satisfactory and personnel were friendly.”

• Not a single thing.
• One word describes this hotel hideous.

“This was my worse hotel experience in over 20 years of traveling. The staff was extremely rude, the smell in the room is indescribable, no towels and none sent when requested, the room was so dirty I slept in my clothes and only stayed the one night because I had driven 12 hours and it was well after midnight. This hotel was surrounded by better hotels and I checked into one the next morning. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a junkie!”

“The hotel was very old, pool was out of service, could feel the springs in beds, dirty, a broken window, AC did not work right, a train wakes you up in the middle of the night.”

“Room was small for the price. Shower Curtin was moldy and no tp, asked for it and didn't get it, I would never ever stay here at this hotel ever again.”

• Small room.

“I was traveling by Amtrak with a bike. This inn is close to Amtrak station and at a reasonable price.”

• Room was cramped, could hear everything from the floor above, parking was cramped.

• Nothing a dump and told me I was extra if they cleaned the room.
• Everything no heat or air and the pool was broke.

“This was the worst place I ever stayed and the people they were worthless. They cleaned the room once when I was there and I asked about it and they said it was extra to have it cleaned.”

“Do not stay there. There are bugs in the bed, it smells really bad and there is a train that passes by almost every other hour. They aren't very clean, I had to Lysol everywhere and still the stench from the hotel was unbelievable.”

• Seemed like receptionist pocketed the money.

“Cheap yet clean place if all you need is a place to stay overnight during a long road trip. Would not recommend it if you're vacationing in Flagstaff with your family. Make sure you call the hotel and tell them how many people are going to be staying in the room or else they will charge you $10 extra per person.”
