• It was somewhat clean.
• Location - crime ridden, paper thin walls.

“This is my second stay in a Ramada and I will never stay in one again. I could hear every word going on in the room next door. This hotel is located on State Street in Salt Lake - known for gang activity. I did not feel safe.”

• Fair location and great swimming pool, plenty of parking.
• Difficult to exit the hotel and travel South on State street.

“I have enjoyed staying at this location many times, and in fact I go out of my way to stay there. The professional staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are great and very clean.”

• Nice new carpet, bed was comfortable, staff was accommodating, pool was nice.
• The interior seemed to be a maze.

“We needed a double bed room. The hotel accommodated us by giving us 2 rollaway beds at no charge. The beds were comfortable and the room had been updated nicely.”

• The staff was helpful and friendly.
• The room smelled so strongly of disinfectant that my allergies started bothering me.

“The bed, pillows and sheets were not made for the comfort of guests. There was no place to sit down except on the bed and a desk chair. This hotel was too expensive for the kind of facilities it offers.”

• There was no heat in the halls and the hot water did not last for our bathing. Also, hotel staff did not like the idea of giving extra towels.

• Desk attendant were kind and helpful. No mishaps which is always nice.
• Moldy shower. Additional $10.00 charge for a 2 bed room request.

“Fine for a level 2 hotel. I have stayed in much nicer in a much better part of town. It's disappointing to have to pay additional fees to accommodate my children. ”

• We missed an exercise room, but didn't expect on in a 2 star.

• Smoke filled hallways, noisy hallways,

“There was a lot of commotion in the hallways until late at night. We were in a non smoking room, but the room smelled of smoke because of people in the hallways. Staff did little to nothing to control the noise and smoke in the hallways.”

• Its location is very convenient. The staff was awesome to work with.
• No extra pillow available during our stay. The hotel was booked, yet i thought they would have plenty of pillows for the guests

“The front desk staff was very helpful to arrange us to receive a nonsmoking to bed room for our stay. He went out of his way for us. Very pleasant.”

• Easy on and off to the freeway.
• A little run down. Room needed refurbishing.

“Not bad for the price. We had to ask for a change of rooms as the "non-smoking" room they gave us smelled of smoke covered up by room deoderizer. Luckily they had another room. The staff was friendly and accomodating.”

“Hotel did not have a "spa". It did have a swimming pool. A little far away from area that I was looking for and took about 15 min longer to get to desired location rather than hotels that were closer to area I needed for family affair. ”
