“ The hotel was nice except for being woken up by house keeping in the morning. I expected more from a four star hotel as far as the appearance of the rooms and amenities. It didn't even have a DVD player in the rooms to watch movies. It expected you to pay for every little thing extra including water. ”

“Hotel is very nice with a good location close to good food and a nice mall. I don't like having to pay $13.00 to park when most other hotels in the area give you free parking, the light from the hall shines into the room to much for me other than that rooms are very nice.”

“This hotel was what I expected for a 4 star hotel within the Hilton suites. We were disappointed that they could not place us in a room with a queen sized bed but not so much that we would not book again.”

“The Hilton is very luxurious, but plan to pay for it. Parking costs extra, and felt like just another way to squeeze more money out of guests. The room was very comfortable, no complaints there. We loved our room so much we never made it down to the pool.”

“Fine hotel. Rooms are a little small for a 4 star hotel. Their customer service started out poor and improved with this situation. We questioned a wrong charge from the spa and they told us they could not remove it and that we would have to call another number to remove it. What? I called another number and they confirmed the charge was for a guest who stayed in the room right before us. So back at the desk, they said they would remove it and about 20 minutes later the situation was resolved. Phew!”

“The hotel was beautiful, and close to the airport, had concierge help, their restaurant was awesome, with great steaks and ribs, and had wonderful wait staff.”

“Loved the location, great deal. I expected flat panel TVs and a little more upscale room like the Sheraton since it is a 4 star hotel. Also, walls are super thin. I'd still do it again every weekend if I could though.”

“Initially, the heat in our room was not working which was a bit annoying. However, when they could not fix this problem, we were upgraded to a Suite. It was very nice.”

“I will not ever stay in a Hilton again. I was real displeased with the staff at the Hilton. I think it is also really poor that you pay so much to stay in the Hilton then on top of that you have to pay for parking and internet too. It wasn't as nice as I thought it was going to be. Then the water for the shower was luke warm also.”

“An upscale hotel these days not providing free WiFi is unacceptable; as a business traveler I would never consider this as an option.”

“Its a nice location but some of the rooms smell like people are smoking even though it is a non-smoking hotel.”

“The hotel is located centrally to downtown SLC, but with a very calm atmosphere. Upon arrival guests are greeted by a concierge and directed to the reception. Assistance is available everywhere. Rooms are clean, swimming pool/fitness center facilities and changing rooms excellent and the restaurant has great choice of food. The hotel also has many conference rooms to accommodate business meetings/receptions. All staff courteous, and the hotel will accommodate a late vacation of the room.”

“The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was comfortable. The best thing for us was the location to temple square, as we were able to walk there to see the Christmas lights. The downfall is the $13/day extra parking charge to use their garage.”

“Nice, clean, modern hotel. Decor and feel is somewhat institutional. It's a good place a company could hold meetings, not really a luxury destination. Desk service was somewhat slow, garage gate key didn't work first time and I had to go back to the desk. They charge for parking, charge for internet; some of the other nice hotels nearby don't.”

“It was a Hilton Hotel. So for business perfect. I just stayed one night. I could not enjoy everything. But I will go there any time again. The deal was great!”

“Way too much for valet parking. Should consider offering Olive Garden as room service since they are in the same parking lot.”

“Very professionally run facility. Staff went out of their way to accommodate and make sure guests were taken care of. Prices were as negotiated, with no surprise facility fees. Rooms were very nice and modern.”

“We thought it was a good experience. Would definitely get a room with a king size bed next time. Beds were small.”
