“Way too much for valet parking. Should consider offering Olive Garden as room service since they are in the same parking lot.”

“Very professionally run facility. Staff went out of their way to accommodate and make sure guests were taken care of. Prices were as negotiated, with no surprise facility fees. Rooms were very nice and modern.”

“We thought it was a good experience. Would definitely get a room with a king size bed next time. Beds were small.”

“Our room had gross patches on the ceiling and the bathroom had dried goobers stuck to the wall. The location was nice but overall the experience was a let down.”

“Excellent location, rooms very roomy and clean- excellent pool and hot-tub facilities. Found restaurant prices a big high- also had to pay to airport shuttle services both ways and each passenger ie: my wife and I had to pay $16 each to and from the airport. Felt the Hotel should have provided airport shuttle service and also Internet service.”

“I was very impressed with the overall experience. The valet was very helpful; the person at the check in counter was great. She was very nice and helpful. The room was nice as well.”

“The room was dusty, very regular interior windows were so filthy you could not see out. This was no where near a 4 star.”

“Not enough services, parking ridiculously expensive older hotel rooms somewhat rundown no room service after 10:30 PM.”

“Great hotel at the price I paid, however, needs to pay attention to basic services like prompt response to any request, charming and pleasant staff especially in the reception, with Hilton's background in the hotel industry, I am surprised that staff still miss to replace basic amenities like shampoo, soap. Receptionist doesn't sound professional, business-like and pleasant. It is nice to be welcome by a warm and smiling face in a place you'll stay away from home.”

“Other than the lack of telephone book in room & the lack of magnifying mirror in bathroom (which I think all 3 star + should have) everything was fine. There was a slight wait upon check in, but since it was late, it wasn't too bad.”

“Good location to restaurants and other activities. Parking at hotel a little on the high side at $13 when the lot next door is $3.”

“The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The staff acted irritated that we had requested non-smoking and stated since we did it through priceline it was simply a request and not something they should have to do. The hot tub was also very gross and the water frequently turned brown. Both of those complaints had minor effect on our stay. The housekeeping staff was excellent and complied to our needs. Excellent location.”

“We were traveling with both an infant and my 90 year old mother. Acommodations were fabulous for both. The staff treated my elderly mother as if she were their own grandmother...very sweet.”

“The parking was horrible. For $13 dollars a day I should be able to find a parking space in less than two hours. They charged extra for internet. They just nickle and dimmed us to death the whole time I was there.”

“My wife and I were in town for the weekend to find (and purchase) a house in Salt Lake City. This Hilton was centrally located. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. My only gripe was that they charged $9.99 for WiFi. I feel like this is completely unacceptable, especially for a brand as well known as Hilton. I would have expected more. On top of that, the staff had no idea of where I could go for free wireless. Hilton! Come on - you're better than that.”
