• Not one thing.
• Very dirty, very rude and unprofessional staff, didn't feel safe at all, was worried about my car, just wanted to leave.

“This hotel was terrible. I will never stay here again, the staff was so rude and unprofessional, the room was dirty, there was still change on the sofa from a previous customer so they obviously hadn't even cleaned the room and I couldn't sleep because I felt like little things were crawling on me, I didn't feel safe at all, I have never been treated so badly at hotel and I will never stay here again.”

• It was neat & clean, easy to find. The lady at the desk was excellent.
• Have no dislikes, everything was excellent.

“I am a volleyball official, needed a room for a good night's rest and I certainly got that. I have stayed in many hotels, but this was the best and I'd recommend it to everyone. Thanks for being so nice to me.”

• Location.
• It smelled bad, the bed was like a board, the walls too thin.

“I listened to the next door neighbor cough all night long. The corridors reeked of cigarette smoke but we were not asked if we preferred smoking or non-smoking. The bed felt like a wooden board and the pillow was a flat piece of foam rubber. There is no continental breakfast, and hair dryer provided however they do have a toaster.”

• Well worth the money, excellent location, room very comfortable.
• Carpets in hall dirty/stained. No wine opener. More glasses.

“Great value for a place to stay. Self service to save money, great concept. Very roomy, easy to get to, staff friendly, parking great, kitchen area well equipped. Halls may be dirty but sleep in your room and you will be find. This is the best value in the area. Just ask staff for what you need and they will help you get or find what you need.”

• It was nice place and they were awesome to us . I would go back.
• I like it all.

• Large rooms.
• Beds to hard.

“The staff was quick to resolve a problem when we checked in. Our assigned room had a major water leak and the power didn't work. We were quickly upgraded to a huge room. Walls were a little thin and noise from upstairs, even just walking around was very noisy. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable but overall a huge value for the money we spent.”

• This hotel was clean, with good employees. That took the time to decorate the lobby for the holidays. Very cute.
• My room was located next to the hotel laundry facility and the washers would wake me early, 3 4 am.

“My overall experience was very good. The hotel was located conveniently, it was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.”

• I liked where it was located.
• It was filthy and there was no staff on hand.

“I had a 3 night reservation at this hotel and felt so disgusted by how dirty it was I actually switched hotels after the first night. They did refund my money and the one staff member that was there was very friendly, but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!”

• It is a neat and comfortable hotel and we like it.
• Well, if the location will be closer to downtown.

• The hotel was efficient because we were able to cook there.
• I did not like that the restroom was a bit small.

“Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I would say that it was pleasurable to be there. I would recommend it for travelers who have children. I think that it was sufficient and inexpensive for families on a strict budget as me.”

“This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. The rooms were disgustingly dirty (someone's pajamas were in my sheets and there were bloody towels in the bathroom).”

• Our room was clean and attractive, and we liked having facilities for cooking and refrigerating food.
• No complaints.

• Very convenient, full kitchen with all you need, clean.
• It is a little difficult to find as it sits behind other hotels.

“Very nice, new facility with friendly and helpful staff. The room is like a small studio apartment with a full kitchen, utensils for use, lots of space and a large bath. It is close to the interstate and easily accessible, lots of nice shopping nearby with a large mall located two blocks away.”
