• Location was good.
• Lack of water for bathing & slow elevators.

“Hallways are not air-conditioned, so you sweat while waiting 5 minutes for an elevator because they are incredibly slow. Water is not available for a shower in the morning due to plumbing repairs (likely to be a one-time thing, but pretty frustrating to someone going to a job interview!). Washcloth in bathroom has rust stains. Conference rooms are in the converted basement and are both noisy and too warm. The only thing the Plaza has going for itself is location. Still, there are plenty of other hotels equally well located, and with much better amenities. ”

• The bed was terrible. I have health problems and the bed was so soft that I had a hard time getting into it. Asked for a recliner or change of rooms

“The location was great but the room was very small and the bed was very soft. I have health problems and I had a hard time even getting into the bed. I asked for a recliner that I could sleep in they didn't have one. I asked for the second night to change rooms, didn't happen. They were going to put a board under the mattress they didn't. Other than the bed it was pretty good.”
