• The price.
• Noisy in next room. Queen bed when we wanted a King size.

“A nice room. One of the lamps was broken, the light above the mirror in the bathroom area was broken so there was no light for putting make up on. The shower curtain smelled musty.”

• The elevator.
• The pool is too small and is in front of the parking lot.

“I had a horrible view ( a empty lot) and anybody can see you in the pool. The breakfast space is too small and is beside the reception area, all in the same small room.”

• Parking lot needs repaving, hotel needs new carpet, paint.

• Staff was friendly.
• Very thin walls. Noisy outside. Guest were loud.

“Our room was 3 doors from the main road, reserved for those Priceline customers as I was told at the front desk. Front door of our room was so rotted out that it would not stay closed. Small chain for safety that was screwed to the rotted wood. Deadbolt would not line up, even if it had it was also in the rotted wood. A storm woke me up at 3am to the door wide open, again at 5am, not comforting with as dark as it is around there.Bathroom was so small you could not close the door while standing in front of the toilet. You had to stradle the toilet to get the door closed. Ceiling in the bathroom was rotting. Paint falling from the ceiling. Shower floor was lifting, the insert had been dislodged from the base for some time. Room was as clean as you could expect but very old and falling apart. Paint was very thick and peeling off. Staff was very nice, they knew it was a dump so were forced to be polite for ripping people off.Every other experience with Priceline for a last minute deal has been very good for us. Big sign in front said $69, I saved $9 with Priceline. Every other website (tripadvisor, travelocity, expedia, etc.) rates this as a 1 star motel. Not sure how this Motel was excepted for Priceline as a 2 star. Motel 6 is also $69 and we have used Priceline with faith we would not get a motel like this. Hotels.com listed 2 star hotels for $79 and you could pick the one you wanted. Going that route from now on.”

• Very convenient location. One block from the TRAX stop near the Energy Solutions Arena.
• Very noisy. Anytime someone in an adjacent room used the water we knew about it. Didn't sleep well at all.

“If you want convenience this hotel is okay. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful night of sleep, do not stay here.”

• Excellent location! Included continental breakfast.
• I could hear people in other rooms showering early in the morning.

“Certainly not 5 stars, but better than expected. The continental breakfast was pretty good and the hotel was very quiet during the middle of the night. However, I could hear the water running from the people showering next door. The hallways smelled funky, but the room was fine.”

• Great continental breakfast!
• The bathroom light fixture did not work and had to be repaired.

“You get what you pay for and this hotel is no exception. The best part was the continental breakfast. Fresh fruit, breads, juices, etc. The room was just OK. Nothing spectacular.”

• Paper thin walls.

“The rooms were surprisingly clean & attractive. But the hallways had an odd cleaning solution odor. And, the paper thin wall led me to believe I could hear all of the plumbing for the greater Salt Lake metropolitan area. Liked the simple breakfast, but I'd encourage the hotel to offer ripe bananas rather than green bananas. May be they buy them in advance & ripen them before putting them out. Since I was staying a few days, I took a few back to the room and stored them in a hotel drawer. This offered the added benefit of socks that smelled like fruit. Loved the free parking close to the room since I was lugging ski equipment to and fro. Also loved the onsite Subway (eat fresh!). Had to print up a few documents on the hotel's computer and could not believe that they didn't have Microsoft Office. All in all a good stay. I recommend.”

• I just felt I had stayed in better quality hotels and it came up as a 2 star hotel.

• It was close to the locations we wanted to visit.
• My expectations of a 2 star were higher than this. The staff was no very professional.
