- Front desk staff is friendly and helpful.
- Some rooms were non-smoking but smelled like smoke.
“Overall is okay. The area around it is so-so but still considered as safe. The first room we checked in was stated as non-smoking but smelled like smoke; we then switched to another room where the light bulb is broken; the last one we checked in was okay. Overall is nice, neat and clean.”

- The staff was completely incompetant.
“This hotel was dirty, and the check in took over 30 minutes with me running back and fourth to rooms because there were people in them. I am horrified by this experience.”
