• Location was decent.
• The hotel manager was unfriendly and very dirty.

“The hotel manager was unfriendly. There was nothing clean about this hotel. From the shower, which had the shower curtain sticking to itself, to the manager, who had literally bits of food stuck to his shirt. Overall very dirty! Every bit of it! The smell of the office was horrible. Overall I would never ever go to this hotel again.”

• Was easy to find and cheep.
• Office was dirty and smelled room was not the best looking either.

• It was convenient to ASU.
• It was right on the parking lot and the pool was in the parking lot.

“Hotel is small, clean, no frills. Just for sleeping overnight. Continental breakfast is cocoa puffs.”

• Liked the location of the hotel.
• Small rooms and beds animal in lobby and owners spoke another language.

“I will not be going to this hotel again. I felt that my stay was uncomfortable.”

• Absolutely nothing.
• Everything, filthy; falling apart, staff that could not speak English.

• I received the room/beds I asked for.
• No alarm clock/thin walls/old plumbing/.

“If you are looking for a basic room for a one night stay, I would recommend this hotel. There is nothing but the basics. I was disappointed in the furnishings of the room, the fabric chair was extremely stained and dirty, there was no alarm clock, and there was a hole in the wall that was shoddily repaired. You had to really hold down the toilet handle to flush the toilet.”

“Don't ever stay at this hotel the customer service is the worst ever. They will not provide you with the room you requested and then if you complain they will check you out of your room without you knowing it and then send you to another hotel and make you pay more.”

• Price.
• It was horrible, had roaches, our toilet did not work and mgmt never came to fix it. The man at the front desk was extremely rude.

“This hotel was awful. I was dirty, the front desk person was rude and obnoxious, there were roaches in our room, the towel were stained and our toilet would not flush. It was a total rip off of our money. We were two college students visiting ASU for an assignment and the money we spent on the room was still a lot of money for two starving students.”
