“I am disappointed. I spent money on a room I did not even use, it was that bad. This hotel is in an area that felt so unsafe and the bolt on the door did not work. It had been broke off or missing. Things did not work plumbing lights fridge. We left and never even stayed the night.”

“Hotel is out dated. Bathroom had moldy caulking around tub. Gaps between sheetrock and tile baseboards, and painted on light switches. Beds were very hard. Breakfast was nice selection for a continental breakfast. Staff was friendly. Pool was nice, but the hot tub was too hot to sit in.”

“We had a nice stay at this hotel. Pool was a little smaller than we expected, but it was always clean. Could use some towels at the pool, but we were able to get more so it wasn't a big deal. Great location, not far from anything we needed.”

“This was a pretty bad experience. The room was not terribly clean. The bathroom had small bugs on the floor, the ceiling had mold spots, the A/C did not really work, the hot water was very finicky, the TV did not really work, and the Wi-Fi never worked and when I brought it to the attention of the staff they just blew me off. I had to ask for soap twice over the four days. Beyond that it was pretty noisy. The staff did not enforce the 10 p.m. rule for the pool and did nothing about the trash left over from a party at the pool. It was all around a bad experience.”

“The airport shuttle for the hotel took over an hour to pick us up. The hotel was a bit run down but the room was clean and staff was friendly.”

“This hotel is close to the airport and easy enough to find. The staff was pleasant and helpful but the room itself could use some updates. The pillows were rock hard which could be an easy fix. The free breakfast was fine but there wasn't enough room to sit and eat it. It was situated right in the very small lobby so people were checking out/in while others were trying to get to the food. Overall, if you arrive late and need a place to stay, this will work for the money. Bring your own pillow.”

“I have mixed feelings about this hotel. I was thankful for a place that was within budget. The breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The road in front is torn up, making access difficult. The room was comfortable with two huge exceptions: a razor head from a previous customer was left on my bed, and a dried substance resembling blood or coffee was visible on the edge of my mattress. It was pitch black outside my room until an electrical problem was fixed. I wouldn't relish the thought of going back to this Days Inn.”

“The rooms were clean. Availability to stores was convenient. I went to ask the night clerk for clean towels by pointing at them and was expecting to wait until she was done with her customer and she yelled "you have to wait until I am ready." I pointed at the towels just to let her know why I was there in case they were near her. I believe since she took offense to the way I asked her, that she took an even longer time by conversing with the customer which was already checked in. Overall, it took approx 10 minutes to get clean towels that I requested. I believe it was unprofessional to talk to me in front of the customer in the manner that she did.”

“I would not trust the management of this hotel. I made reservations for two rooms. When my plans changed, I called and cancelled the rooms and was given cancellation numbers. Nevertheless the charges still appeared on my credit card. When I called the hotel to attempt to correct this problem I got nothing but the run-around. I was told that the reservations could not be cancelled (even though they had given me cancellation numbers). When I proved that this was not true, they came up with another story about why the reservations could not be cancelled. I am currently disputing the charges. I would not believe anything the management tells you. .”

“Basically it is a good hotel with the reasonable price, and good location in Tempe, too. However, the TV set only worked for 1.5 hours in total during my five-day stay. The wireless signal did not work in the room. Otherwise, everything was good to me.”

“Although my on-line reservation got garbled and the reviews I read were less than kind, I thought the hotel was very good value for money. The room was not elegant, but clean and in good repair. There was a satisfactory free breakfast plus a coffee pot, fridge, and microwave in the room and free Internet access in the lobby.”

“It served our purpose. But almost double the rack rate because of Arizona State graduation was a bit much. No senior discount. I am 76, wife 70 plus. Staff most helpful. The area is the only reason I wouldn't recommend to other travelers. Thank you.”
