• Nice facility.
• The brochure indicated that breakfast and a paper wee included. They did not comply with these offers.

• Beautiful grounds, up to date rooms, awesome get -a -way!
• There wasn't anything I didnt like!

“This was an awesome resort- The Pools here are unbelievable. There is a beach pool with sand and cabanas- very nice. The rooms are very up to date looking, modern and cool. Very happy stay! We loved every minute of it.”

• Best pool I've ever been at.
• Linens were soiled. Probably just a fluke, but it made us question the cleanliness of whole room.

• Hotel grounds are lovely. Bathroom/shower very nice.
• Pool very crowded on weekend and as a result, not that clean. $15/day for internet plus $15/day resort fee.

“Beautiful hotel. Tucked away from main drag in Scottsdale which is a very good thing. Only downside, place was very crowded since it was the weekend. There was a mix up with our room, we couldn't check in until 4pm or so, and housekeeping thought we were the guests from the night before, and the front desk checked out the room to another set of people in the meantime. Not a big deal but was a little annoying. All of this obviously due to the fact that they were booked solid. Pool was definitely mobbed on Saturday but much better Sunday morning and lovely on Monday. Bathroom was really nice. Room was decent. Double beds are a bit on the small side and King rooms were sold out. Only other thing I would say about this place is that is super family friendly with basketball hoops and such in the pools. The adult pool was good.”

• Great pools, kids loved the water slide. Nice outdoor areas to eat & drink.
• They charge for internet. They try to charge a resort fee of $15 per day.

“The hotel is a very nice resort with great pools, a nice lobby bar and restaurant. It also has a fantastic outdoor area where we could eat, drink and the kids could run around with other kids, a lot of fun. The downside: The Hyatt regency Scottsdale tried to charge a $15. per day resort fee upon check-out.”

• Immaculate resort hotel with all amenities on a great golf course.
• $27 parking fee for self-parking and $15 resort fee not disclosed at check-in.

• So modern and comfortable! Everything was beautiful. We were sad we couldn't stay longer.
• Nothing.

“We will definitely stay at this hotel again. It was probably one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows perfect. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer to check out all of the amazing amenities!”

• Absolutely beautiful! Great dining options and fantastic location!

“This resort was unreal! They just had a renovation done and it shows. All the common areas are modern and nice. The restaurants are a little pricier. The pool area is amazing and there's even a Gondola along the water ways for couples. The rooms are clean, large and modern. Great resort!”

• It was beautiful! I really enjoyed my stay! The staff was excellent!
• We did not arrive at the hotel till 11:30pm and we were still charged the resort fee for the day.

“This hotel was beautiful with nicely manicured lawns, flowers and trees. The valet service was very helpful parking the car and taking luggage to our room. This caliber of hotel exceeds what we can usually afford.”
