• Trendy and clean hotel. Beautiful and spacious room. Nice desk for business travelers.
• Breakfast both mornings tasted really good, but one morning it took 10 minutes to get our food and the next it took 50 minutes.

“I would definitely stay here again. The hotel was very clean and had a very cool style. Walking distance to fashion center. The room was really nice.”

• It was a nice hotel very Ikea like. It is around a lot of clubs so if you want to go out it is perfect.
• Small pool.

• Staff.
• Decor was trendy, bad usage of space no sense of comfort.

“Never would recommend it. Way too futuristic in style. And lacked comfort and warmth. No restaurant and small pool against the parking lot of all things. No palm trees or any thing that would make you think you were actually staying in Arizona.”

• Friendly and responsive front desk.
• Not relaxing or welcoming. Awkward techno music in lobby. Bad food.

“This hotel is over-rated. The biggest perk was the flat screen TV that's it. The retro style and haiku poems throughout didn't relax or entice us. The cheap bedroom decor and hard flooring was unwelcoming and cheesy.”

“In the heart of Scottsdale, excellent value for the money, great staff, new age rooms, large screen LCD and comfortable bedding. Didn't like that they charged for parking because almost all other hotels in the area do not. Limited dining.”

• Nice amenities.
• This hotel was too loud and should better sound proof their rooms.

“Hotel Indigo needs to choose whom they represent; the party crowd in their swanky club or their hotel guests. They can't adequately meet the needs of both. People paying this much for a room have a right to a good night of rest. To be awoken repeatedly through the night by young men yelling profanities does not represent a top notch experience.”

• The bed were outstanding, the shower awesome, the location to old town very convenient, the lobby with fresh lemon water refreshing.
• Nothing.

“At first it was a little hard to find, but it was nice because it was just off the street and very quiet, and so convenient and safe for walking at night where we could pick up the Old Town Trolley to tour and find a place for dinner.”

“Hotel room has a very stark and cold appearance. Decorations and colors in room are ugly and unsoothing. Clock and lights are broken. Bed is not comfortable. Strange shower arrangement. Not a pleasant environment.”

• The decor and modern style of the room.
• The CD player in the room can be easily broken.

“If you are looking for a gem of a hotel in Scottsdale, Hotel Indigo is the place to go. As per the hotel staff, the former Hampton Inn Hotel has undergone renovations and been taken over by Inter Continental Hotel Group. The decor, the staff, and the overall appearance of the hotel speaks volumes about the new management. My recommendation is to try it out, what a great experience!”
