• Price, area,comfort.
• Attitude of girl at the desk when checking in and extra fee for parking and pool.

• The pool was nice.
• Under construction and far away.

“This hotel would likely be nicer if they hadn't been doing a remodel and if it had been closer to downtown Scottsdale. I didn't know how large Scottsdale was, but our hotel (inside city limits) was over ten miles from most restaurants, shopping, nightlife, etc.”

• Suites looked out to a beautiful courtyard with pool.
• Internet access was poor - did not work at times.

“This hotel was wonderful. It is located in North Scottsdale in a quiet area which is nice for relaxing at night, and there is easy access to other parts of Scottsdale and Phoenix. We were upgraded to a suite - which was sweet. Everything about the suite was nice, from the linens on the bed to the toiletries in the bathroom. The only negative was that internet access was poor. But overall, it was very nice and highly recommended.”

• Thin floor construction, could people walking above and below.

“Extreme far North End of Scottsdale. If you are a golfer , then it is probably a good golf get-away. It is close to some very nice shopping.”

• Standard rooms are condo type rooms.
• Sound/privacy/you could hear everything from your neighbor.

• Big room, clean, cozy, comfy bed and bedding, full kitchen, and beautiful property!
• We didn't get to stay long enough.

“This resort was wonderful. Check-in was fast and easy. Staff was very pleasant, property was gorgeous, excellent location, not far from Scottsdale shopping centers, room was spacious and comfortable. I just wish we could have stayed longer.”

• The suite was large and well equipped.
• $7.50 extra per day resort charge. Ridiculous.

“It is not a resort. Has no more than any other similar hotel in Phoenix.”

“Very dissatisfied with our stay for some reasons. The property (amenities, grounds) were of 3 star quality, the room was definitely not. We were booked into a basement (sub-ground level). The shower did not work. Unfortunately, we did not discover this until the morning, our check-out date. ”

• Our room service was served in plastic containers with plastic forks.

“I was disappointed in this hotel. It has pools but the rooms were quite plain and the grounds were confusing. It was not what I expected since it is called a resort.”

“A hotel that I knew nothing about. I was really pleased. Nice grounds, lovely room. I received very professional assistance from the fellow in the golf office. Got the time I wanted on a great course he recommended.”

“The people above us were loud, and the food was not that good by any means. I did like the location. But since it was clean I managed.”

• It was a suite, clean roomy and well laid out, 4 pools and always one near the rooms.
• Construction remodeling rooms near by.

• Very neat and clean.
• Could hear my neighbor's conversation through the adjoining door. Young adults partying and yelling loudly at night so that you couldn't get to sleep.

“They need to have better surveilance over the area that people are not too loud. Was awakened one morning at 6 by men who were going out to play golf.”
