• The staff, the housekeeping, the hotel and the location.
• Nothing.

“Excellent accommodations for business or leisure. Ideal location to civic center, old town Scottsdale and freeway access to many other parts of Arizona. The staff is excellent. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The hotel offers clean rooms, a great breakfast and internet access. You will fall in love with Scottsdale and this establishment.”

• Easy to get to, clean.
• No restaurants in walking distance after 10.

“Nice place to stay, great distance from airport, easy to get to. Didn't hear traffic at all. Comfortable bed. Able to get to other places (mall) easily.”
