• Location.
• Upkeep of linens/furniture.

“My room was average. There were some unattractive qualities such as: cigarette burns on the comforter, a large stain on the armchair, a semi-clogged shower drain and a leaky sink. Overall, it's not too far off from what i expected, but it could have been better.”

• Nothing ,other than bathrooms need exhaust fans!
