• Clean room, convenient location, and pleasant surroundings.
• Lighting in bathroom was dark, I spoke to another person who was staying at the hotel and they got a lower rate than I did.

“Reasonable price for the money, lobby area was clean and accommodating, maid service was good as was internet access. I would stay again.”

• Very courteous and friendly staff and excellent maid service.
• Inconvenient ice / vending machines.

“Our belongings were left alone and I felt safe leaving my things in the room. The staff serving the morning breakfasts was simply outstanding although the food was good but not great. The rooms were very clean and always smelled good - the bed was a bit uncomfortable though. No surprises, which is good, and great service. Free internet in all the rooms is a nice bonus and if you need a printer you can use the computers downstairs at no charge as well.”

• Our room was large and extremely clean.
• Hotel beakfast dining was overpriced.

“The hotel is a very nice facility. It is very well maintained. The rooms are quiet. We could not hear any outside noise, though we could view the pool from our window. Road construction made it a must to watch and plan your turns well ahead of time.”

• Convenient.
• Placed in room on street next to construction starting at 5:00 am.

“I had stayed here just a week prior on Priceline, (King room in rear). This time It was a double room on the street. I complained and am told I can upgrade for $20. The requested room was available but I didn’t upgrade again.”

• Centrally located near Mayo Clinic.
• Difficult to see the hotel or sign from Scottsdale Road.

“Very good, convenient to Mayo Clinic, close to several good restaurants. Ongoing construction on Scottsdale Road is not the hotel's fault but it seems it has been going on for years! Restaurant is good but expensive. Bar is closed on Sunday.”
