  • There was complimentary wine service with the room, free business center.
  • The heater was so noisy we could not sleep, staff did not address it.

“The hotel is pleasant, continental breakfast was standard fare for mid-scale hotels. The staff had no ability to address issues with the room (no on call facilities).”
