• Clean, modest - good motel for reasonable price in area.

“We stayed at this hotel to go to a conference nearby. The rooms are on the outside. It was clean and reasonable for the area.`”

• Nothing.
• Their customer service is horrible and they don't clean the rooms.

“The rooms seemed fine enough, until we discovered that the hotel staff did not clean the rooms. I was traveling with my wife and my two small children. My 18 month old daughter was playing in the room and she found a pill under the bed skirt, put it in her mouth and swallowed some of it. We had to rush her to the emergency room where we had to spend the night. Thankfully she was fine. When we returned to the room I looked under the beds and found old food, trash, and small screws. They don't clean the rooms! The staff gave us poor directions to the hospital and when confronted on their negligence, they continued to pass the buck until I had to spend weeks on the phone with different Marriott agencies. We were told that the hotel would not help us with our medical bills because, and quote, we believed you were lying. That came from the hotel General manager. Who made this kind of stuff up? In following up with Marriott, the other agencies were sympathetic but only willing to back the hotel who is obviously just trying to cover their own butts. Employees in Marriott's own office said that they tried to persuade the GM to help us and reconsider, but she refused and insisted that we were lying. What great customer service. We were also told that this specific hotel did not follow Marriott protocol when these type of incidences happen. So beware, they don't clean the rooms and if anything negative happens, expect them to only take care of themselves, Marriott as an organization will only back their hotels and are unwilling to do what is right. Do not stay at this hotel, unless you want to be called a liar.”
