“The hotel was just really nice. The inside and outside were both nicely decorated. Despite some reviews I read about the rooms being older and not nice, I thought the room was great! The decor was new and modern, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was a nice flat screen TV. The hot tub was nice too!”

  • Very trendy - beautiful grounds - everything first class.
  • Coffee/tea bar in morning was nice, but coffee wasn't hot and small tea selection.

“My husband and I went for a quick romantic getaway overnight. Hotel beat our expectations - very clean, beautiful rooms, nice toiletries, gorgeous entrance with fireplace, nice cocktails at bar, beautiful grounds with outside fireplaces. Will definitely come again and recommend to friends. Don't forget your swimsuits like we did. Pool is heated in winter and they have hot tubs.”

  • High quality in-room amenities free Wi-Fi ' comfortable bed.
  • Needs bigger flat screen LCD or plasma TV.

“Great place to stay that is close to all and offers great in-room amenities. The only problem was that breakfast was delivered in-room without eating utensils. Took quite a bit of time and the food went cold.”

  • Pretty much everything.
  • We were awaken at 6 a.m. by the TV in the next adjacent room.

“It's a beautiful place, luxury resort. But if rooms are adjacent - the door sound proof. Also, it is a known practice in the hotels to limit to a minimum sound of TV, suit's impossible to make it loud. I told the clerk about it, but seems she was not going to do something about it. She was sympathetic, suggested to call them next time. But what the point. Both of us couldn't go back to sleep.”

  • Pool and hot tub.
  • Room was small and no microwave.

“The motel grounds are beautiful. Our bathroom was really nice but the room was small. The bed was extremely comfortable. We were on the ground floor next to parking lot, it would have been nice to enter the room from the lot.”

  • The big TV.
  • Price.

“In the ad it look like a down stair room and had direct entry to the pool, it did not. I paid for a deluxe room and received a standard room on the top floor with only stairs to climb. I had to take my bags to my room, up the stairs with no help from the staff. Over all it was not a good stay. The door in the bathroom was faded badly. The bed sagged in the middle. For a resort rating it is an over statement. This is ok three stars trying to be a resort. Come on you have done me a lot better Over all if I was you I would pull them off you list. After returning home and checking my bill I found a charge that I had not made and that makes me qt the whole place.”

  • Beautiful pools. Beautiful lobby and patio area to relax. Fire places and outside fire pits everywhere. Close to mall, and hiking.
  • They put us by noisy construction.

“Other than the noisy construction going on during a weekend, I would definitely stay there again. The lobby and outdoor facilities are designed for relaxation during the time spent at the hotel. I never stayed at a hotel/resort with fire places and outdoor pits glowing. This was my favorite amenities offered. Even though we were there to visit relative, we shopped at the beautiful local mall and hiked the local "camel back mountain.".”

  • Beautiful lobby and pool areas.
  • Not all rooms are of the same quality.

“This hotel's public spaces are all wonderful. Great design and boutique touches throughout. Decent workout room. Make sure you get a room facing in toward the pool, though. We were placed in a far corner of the hotel facing the dumpster, too far from the main lobby to pick up the hotel's wireless internet access. Great hotel, just be careful about where they place you.”

  • Staff was friendly and helpful.
  • Nowhere near worth the money.

“Don't look for any luxuries here either, the description is very misleading. Bottom line, it is a basic hotel with a nice pool. I am extremely disappointed.”

  • Quiet, comfortable, great pool/spa and grounds, wine bar.
  • Initially charged me $29 for local calls, but got it worked out.

“Overall, excellent facility.”
