• It had a microwave.
• Smelled weird. Bad service. No Amenities. Very bare.

“This hotel is not where I would choose to stay again. You get what you pay for with this one. Unfriendly service. No shampoo etc. No maid service. Just weird to stay in the hotel.”

• I liked the kitchen space and all the supplies in it. There were adequate for our needs. The TV rotated easily to be seen from many spots.
• I have a one-year-old and the kitchen wasn't very child-proof.

“This hotel was very nice. The room was attractive and up-to-date. There was plenty of parking outside for us; we had a moving truck towing a car as well as another car, and there was not a problem finding parking for us or the other people staying at the hotel. It was quiet in our room and we never heard any other people.”

• Bathroom was small but adequate.

• Location was great for my purpose, room was reasonably priced.
• They didn't come in to clean the room at all during my 3 day stay.

“Great location for Spring Training baseball and the price was great for the location and quality of the hotel. It was our second stay there and it was just as good as the last stay. I do wish they would have come in to make the bed or straighten up and leave fresh towels once during the 3 1/2 day stay.”

• No water but I know that was just a temporary problem.

• Staff not willing to help, not friendly at all.

“The room had an ice maker that did not work. When I asked for ice I was told it was not available, in the room there is a card that states that there is coffee available every day and when I questioned the staff about the coffee I was told it was not available on the weekends, there are no phone books in the room and when I asked the staff for one they reluctantly let me use the one they had. There is no room service unless you stay seven days or longer. The general attitude of the staff was poor at best. I ended up going to a motel 6 my extra day instead of paying for another night at this location. I received A+ service at the Motel 6. The attitude of the staff at the Extended Stay Deluxe was poor at best I would never stay there again.”

• Nothing.
• The reservation was not at the hotel, the staff was unable to fix the problem. My credit card was charged for a room we didn't use. Awful.

“The hotel is fine if you are looking for low budget. But do not expect a knowledgeable staff to be present after 8:00 p.m. We tried to check-in late, they couldn't locate our reservation, they couldn't use the computer system to find the room. I ended up speaking the head of the laundry department who was unauthorized to make reservations. In the end we were double charged. Not a good experience.”

• The disability status of the room was good except the access to get into the bed from the wheelchair.
• The inaccessibility to the bed from wheelchair.

• Room needed repairs, stinky trash in elevator area.

“This hotel is totally geared towards a long-term stay so it wasn't the best for my 2-day stay, but I was satisfied for the price and location. I had to move once because the door could be pushed open, even when locked. The 2nd room had a noisy refrigerator that kept me up, but I didn't want to move again. The staff was friendly and helpful and I'm confident, if I was staying longer, that I would have settled in and been more comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-appointed.”

• Nothing.
• No business center. Tried to relocate to their sister property, but the hotel did not allow me to. Not a very warm feeling. Seems old and run down.

“Not very accommodating. Will not stay at another extended stay or a sister property of theirs (like the homestead on Dunlap and 23rd). It had baby roaches, no mattress covers, and smoke holes in the hotel, carpet stains, towels smelled like smoke. Awful!”

“Overall experience at the hotel was excellent. Only negative was that my car was keyed in the parking lot. Other than that it was a comfortable stay.”
